CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
All bookings are considered provisional until the required deposit & confirmation is received from the customer. This confirmation is to be sent in writing to the hotel within 14 days of the provisional booking being made. Please use the booking form opposite. Where deposits are not received within the required time scale, provisional bookings will be released. The Customers final detailed requirements, such as menu choices, will be agreed after the booking has been confirmed.
A 25pp deposit is required for Christmas Day Lunch. With full payment for all the above to be received by 1st November 2013. Groups of 40 guests or more are required to make their final payment on or before the 1st October 2013. Full payment is required for New Years Eve at time of booking. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER All pre-payments are non-refundable & non-transferable should your numbers decrease or if you wish to cancel your event. ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS Reservations are based on the numbers given by the client at the time of booking. Should the numbers vary, the hotel reserves the right to charge the accommodation in accordance with the previous confirmed reservation. DISCLAIMER The Hotel reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change events without prior notice. All rates quoted are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that any product on the menus listed in this brochure are totally free from nuts or nut derivatives and that fish products are free from bones.
