(2) REGISTRATION COMMITTEE:

the 10-11:30 class. I hope that all those concerned and in charge of (5) PLEASE KEEP CHECKING YOUR MAIL- OR ASK A CLASSMATE
specific tasks respond. TO UPDATE YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET FACILITY

Note: Since the earliest that we can check-in is at 2 pm, bags 22 August 2009
will be placed at the back of the seminar venue. Students FULL-DAY PROGRAMME

b) provided contact information of your parents/guardians –
there was a form that you should have filled out with this info
when you got the documents from the library. If you were not
able to provide this info, you have to inform the Finance Com
c) provided information on your INSURANCE COVERAGE to the
group in charge- deadline is Thur, Aug 20, 12 pm.

(3) Attention to the PERSONS/GROUPS IN CHARGE-I need the


following ASAP:
a. rooming list as this is being requested by Hyatt- final
deadline Aug. 19, 2009 (Wed) 10 pm at the latest
b. c/o Margaux's group: Insurance list (using the template I
provided) – deadline Aug 22, 2009 (Thursday)
c. c/o class coordinators- list of persons who will not be able
to join the group for lunch, am/pm snacks- Aug. 20, (Thur), 10
pm at the latest.
