There are a couple of changes: 1).

Entry must be at least 12 ft x 8 ft (at least) and must look exactly like th is in the picture I attached in this e-mail (see the picture titled "front entrance" in this attachment).Entrance balcony (a bove the main entrance) must be eliminated. To make the main entry wider, move the garage walls a couple of feet toward left and/or front like in the picture titled "front entrance". 2). I would like the roof covering the secondary entry (not the main) to be remo ved and replaced with a roof like in the picture titled "secondary entry" ( from this e-mail attachement). Roof must extend 8 ft. from the secondary entry toward front .

3). We consulted again and decided to add balconies (see picture titled " balcon ies" ). Balconies must support precast stone ballusters loads), and windows at most rooms, under the following conditions: a). For the new house , on the second story, on the left wall , please add t wo windows , one, for the room called closet and ,the second , for the room called bathro om. b). For the new house, on the second story , on the front wall, on room call ed "bedroom" please add a french door instead of the window. Also please add a cantilever balcony along the b edroom (front house ) wall. c). on the back left add a balcony along the living room. 4) For the new house, On the second floor, the closet near the hallway must ext end (in length) closer to the nearest arch in the hallway. ( but not too close, so it would not overlap with the column). 5). For the new house, on the first floor,on the back icated kitchen window with a french door ( please see d kitchen french door). 6). For the new house, on the first floor,on the back room door with a French door.Also on the same bedroom the back left wall left wall, replace the ind the picture attached calle left wall, replace the bed add a 4050 csmt window on

(please look at the back wall which currently has no window). 7). I would like to add a covered patio in the back that would extend along the kitchen and laundry exterior walls. Above the patio I would extend the existing balcony from the front back. The dimensions must be as small as possible and should have exterior arches like in the picture titled "

General requests and Questions: 1). Could you give me the R values for walls , roof and everything else ? Which R value is the best for minimizing heat loss during cold weather and preventing outside head get inside during summ er? 2). What kind of air conditioning and heating system, we need? I would l ike to put the devices on the ground , not on the roof. 3). Could you prepare title 24 papers as well? Does the home also has th e regulations for rcfe? 4). Could you divide some part of the garage make it a clothes' "drying room" ? 5). I would like the roof to be made of clay/concrete (heaviest loads po ssibel). Is the roof able to resist to high loads? 6). Are stairs 6 ft. wide? 7). I would like the home to be 28-30 ft tall (each floor would be 10 ft . tall from floor to ceiling). 8). Kitchen, dinning room and living room must have a raised ceiling.
