I would like to open my Third Eye so I can do remote viewi ng and have psychic vision.? Froilan also asked questions about ghosts, but all these will be answered in my forthcoming book ?Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Ghosts (But Were Af raid to Ask),? which will come out before the end of this year. This topic of the Third Eye keeps cropping up every now and then. There still se ems to be a great deal of misunderstanding about it. So let me try to explain ag ain what it really is. What is commonly referred to as the Third Eye is really ?clairvoyance,? or the a bility to see things that cannot ordinarily be seen by our physical sense of sig ht. For example, if a person can see what are normally invisible things, like th e human aura, or elemental creatures, or spirits of the dead, or angelic creatur es, or divine beings, then we say that a person has an open Third Eye. When we say that a person has an open Third Eye, we are talking only metaphorica lly or analogically, and not literally, for in truth and in fact we only have ph ysically two eyes. So what is referred to as the Third Eye is not physical but p sychic or spiritual. In fact, it is sometimes referred to as the ?spiritual eye. ? The Third Eye is usually associated with the Pineal gland. The Pineal gland is b elieved to be the seat of intuition and cosmic consciousness. This gland is loca ted in the middle of the brain. If you imagine a vertical line from the fontanel on the head going straight down, and a horizontal line between the eyebrows, wh ere the two lines intersect is the exact location of what is commonly called the Third Eye. It is inside, in the middle of the brain. The common belief that the Third Eye is found at the forehead or between the eye brows is merely a symbolic representation of it. When you meditate on the sixth chakra, on either the forehead or at the middle of the eyebrow, you are only doi ng so symbolically. Therefore it does not matter where you focus on. But if you want to be exact, concentrate on the middle of the brain where the two lines (th e vertical and horizontal) intersect. I hope this answers your question. Another common conception is the ?opening? and ?closing? of the Third Eye which some people say they can do, usually for a fee. This is not true. The Third Eye cannot be opened or closed like a door or faucet. Every one has a Third Eye or I nner sense of knowing. It only needs to be managed or controlled. Seminar in Davao Two readers from different provinces, meanwhile, were asking if I have a seminar scheduled in either Cebu or Davao.
