Leadership development is essential to support corporate succession initiatives. Good times or challenging times, companies will always need good leaders. TVRLS has designed a 2 day assessment development center, with focus on critical leadership competencies, for role holders at middle and senior management positions. It gives them a chance to proactively assess their leadership potential and develop themselves for the future. All participants will go through a series of exercises, psychometric tools and will be given preliminary feedback as well as a detailed report, sent a week later.
