CAMPAIGN Terms and Conditions (T&C) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1.

The Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (ABMB) Explore the World with a Trendy Cabin Bag Visa Infinite Credit Card Acquisition Campaign (Campaign) will commence from 26 July 2012 to 31 October 2012, both dates inclusive (Campaign Period), unless otherwise specified.

2. Persons who are eligible for this Promotion (Eligible Cardmember) are define as: a. New-To-Bank (NTB) Visa Infinite Principal Credit Cardmembers b. NTB cardmember(s) shall mean person(s) with no previous ABMB Visa Infinite Credit Card, OR, had an ABMB credit card which was cancelled more than six (6) months from the promotion period c. NTB cardmember(s) who apply for a new Visa Infinite Principal Credit Card (Card) during the Campaign Period. 3. The following individuals shall not be eligible for the Campaign: a. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employee of ABMB (including its subsidiaries and related companies); b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotion agents and information technology vendors) of the Bank and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or c. Individuals below the age of 18 years or a minor. 4. Eligible Cardmember(s) card account(s) must be in current and good credit standing and not in breach of any of the terms of the ABMB VISA/ MaasterCard Card Agreement. REWARD 5. The Eligible Cardmember who spends a minimum of RM15,000 within the Campaign Period or within the first three (3) months of the Card issuance date (Qualifying Spend) will be entitled to an American Tourister Cabin Bag (Reward). The Reward is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Cardmember who meets the Qualifying Spend. Qualifying Spend includes all local and international retail and online transactions. Installment Payment Plan (IPP) retail transactions are treated as one (1) transaction based on the full amount of the retail transaction. For international transactions, the calculation of Qualifying Spend is made after conversion to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and shall be based on ABMBs posted transaction records only. Non Qualifying Spend shall refer to Cash Advance, and fees and charges such as Finance Charges, Late Charges, Annual Fees, Split and/or Void Transactions, Reversals and Government Service Tax, Balance Transfer and Fast Cash, all of which do not qualify for the Campaign. The Reward shall be sent to the Eligible Cardmember(s) billing address within eight (8) weeks from the month where the Qualifying Spend is met.

10. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to receive one (1) Reward only within the Campaign Period. 11. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Cardmember agrees to be bound by the Campaign T&C. The Eligible Cardmember hereby gives their consent to and authorizes ABMB to disclose their particulars to the third party service provider engaged by ABMB for the purpose of the Campaign. 12. ABMB reserves the right to forfeit the Reward in the circumstance where there is a reversal of qualified retail transaction(s). ABMB decision is final and conclusive. 13. ABMB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this campaign with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by ABMB of this campaign shall not entitled the Eligible Cardmember to any claim or compensation against ABMB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

14. ABMB reserves the right at any time to add, delete, suspend or vary the T&C contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. In the event of conflict, these T&C shall prevail over the contents of any other promotional materials advertising this campaign.
