    The Northland Foundation is partnering with Child Care Aware Northeast District to implement the Parent Aware Pathways Initiative to increase the availability and accessibility of quality early care and education to ensure school readiness of young children in St. Louis County. This Initiative is serving as an enhancement to the Parent Aware Quality Rating process for licensed child care providers in St. Louis County.
