1. DATE & VENUE

The 10TH KFC LANGKAWI INTERNATIONAL REGATTA PERDANA 2013 will be held
from 24th January to 27th January 2013 at Malaysian National .Sailing Centre, Langkawi
Kedah. Venue for 45th ISAF Youth World Sailing Championship 2015.
2. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY
The regatta is organized under auspices of National Sport Council, Malaysian
Yachting Association, National Sports Council Of Kedah and by the Kedah Sailing

Association.

3. ENTRY
The regatta will be open to all.

5. RULES
The regatta will be governed by RRS 2013- 2016 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the
Class Rules, the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions.
6. JURY
International Jury will be appointed by the organizer and will act accordance with RRS 70.5
and appendix N. Decision of this jury is final and not subjected to appeal.
7. ENTRIES & FEES
Entrance fees of USD50.00 for Optimist Class and USD80.00 per participants of other
classes. This fee will entitle for T-shirt and Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the race day.

13. TRANSFER BOAT TO LANGKAWI

a) Ferry services are available every day to Langkawi from Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis.
b) To transfer boats please make an arrangement with us before 15th January 2013. We will
make special arrangement with Barge Operator to transfer boat with lorry. All boats
should arrive Kuala Kedah by 19th January 2013 at 1200 hrs. All charges shall be borne
