Whereas, the Health and Medical Education Department vide their letter No.

ME-GAZ-155/2012 dated 28.06.2012 & No. ME-GAZ-154/2012 dated 28.06.2012 referred 35 and 48 posts of Lecturers in various disciplines for GMC Jammu and GMC- Srinagar respectively for selection of suitable candidates; and Whereas, these posts were advertised vide this office Notification No. 42PSC(DR-P) Dated :- 29-06-2012 and the cut off date for receipt of Application Forms was notified as 30-07-2012; and Whereas, the Health and Medical Education Department vide their Letter No. ME/GAZ/155/2012 dated: 10-07.2012, and No. ME-GAZ-154/2012 dated:10-072012 have withdrawn four posts of Lecturers each in GMC-Jammu and GMC Srinagar in the following disciplines being in excess:GMC-Jammu-Lecturer S. posts in the disciplines of Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology and S & PM in GMCJammu & in the discipline of Blood Bank, Psychiatry, Medicine, S & PM, and Radiotherapy in GMC-Srinagar and some posts have been referred afresh in the discipline of Paediatrics in GMC-Jammu and Pharmacology and Gynae and Obstt. in GMC-Srinagar. In the above backdrop, the last date for receipt of Application Forms in respect of the disciplines notified under item Nos. 42, 43, 44, 48, 49, 52, 54, 55, 57 & 57-A { one post of Lecturer Paediatrics in GMC-Jammu added under item No. 57 A} for GMC Jammu and item Nos. 60, 61, 63, 64, 66, 67, 70, 74, 76, 76-A & 76-B { 02 posts of Lecturer Pharmacology and 03 posts of Lecturer Gynae and Obstt. in GMC-Sgr have been added under item No. 76-A and 76-B} for GMC-Srinagar, is extended till 20-082012.
