ACCOUNT MANAGER IT DIGITAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY Account Manager IT for eCommerce I have 5 years experience in IT, working at one of top two distributors in Romania, Scop Computers. I started with customer service, with the small retail partners and after six months I was promoted to deal with the key accounts in eCommerce due to my results and passion for the online environment. My main focus was on sales, where I had to to proceed in accordance with the companys sales strategy, and marketing, where I guided them into their marketing actions (like newsletters) and helped them to access additional marketing budgets from our vendors in order to grow my overall revenue and market share. Digital Communication Strategy I have been an active and renowned member of the bloggers community in Romania since 2008 and due to my notoriety Ive worked with the top brands in their communication strategy and campaigns. Ive also studied best practices and case studies as Ive attended all the major conferences and events in the country. Im also following a continuous process of personal development, as things evolve quite fast in this profession.

The main purpose of my job was in the sales & marketing area. Scop Computers is an important IT distributor with an A brands portfolio. My major partners were emag.ro / cel.ro / evomag.ro / oktal.ro & others. My main responsibility was in the sales/negotiation process with product managers (and also the sales team from my partners) but I also was included in the marketing strategy discussions. In order to fulfill my target I also helped them in the newsletters and marketing campaigns with our vendors (Acer Romania, Asus Romania etc). I also was part of the planning process for future acquisitions, offering the marketing team my expertise because the online sales that I was generating were quite an important part of the overall numbers. I reported to the Retail Manager and Sales Director and had the authority to plan my own actions. I enjoyed that independence. Also, for the first 6 months of my job at Scop I was a part of the distribution team for the small retail partners.
Accomplishments:

Nearly 12 million euros in sales with about 800.000 euros in profit Being the lead in online sales department at a top IT distributor, in Romania Promoted to account manager for top key accounts Taking and maintaining my company in the top 2 vendors for my partners with around 30% market share for our main sales categories.
