Hi Friends 110 students sat for the aptitude test out of which 20 where sortlisted and finally 10 were

selected. I was one of them after getting rejected in Infosys and Accenture. The recruitment process consists of the following rounds: 1 Aptitude test !"eneral # Technical 2 Technical Inter$iew % H& Inter$iew A'TIT()* T*+T The duration of the test is appro,imately 110 min. It was an online test. There were a total of -. /uestions to attempt. There is 001 sectional cut2off for 3oth sections.that is what i heard 3ut i dont thin4 that they follow it strictly as i wont h$ got 001.it depends on the performance of ur 3atch. e$ery right ans has #1mar4 and wrong ans has 20.2. mar4s. so 3e careful if u dont 4now lea$e the /uestion. test paper has many sets. li4e this easy /ues where there on uni,.if u r 3it familiar with uni, u can clear it 3ut u h$ to remem3er commands with their options. i use to wor4 on linu, so i cleared this section with ease. 2 Technical Inter$iew Jy technical inter$iew is of a3out 00 minutes. it seems to 3e long 3ut when u r inside u ne$er feel it and u just h$ to ans patiently as /ues are $ery easy n 3it tric4y. A good 4nowledge of +5= and 9 is a must. ( must 4now at least the 3asics command of uni, otherwise u will 3e rejected.they will just as4 u to write 10 commands of uni, and they will as4 /ues on those 10 commands only. I was luc4y as i 4now $iews properly i answered ma, /uestion this time. then they come to uni,. they as4ed me e$er h$ u used a platform similar to uni,. as i wor4 on fedora : it was my strong part. as4ed me to write 10 commands. easily done. As4ed some /uestions on groff< troff< ifconfig< ps< jo3s< 4ill< 4illall commands. I answered all of them easily< they were little impressed for the first time. satisfied with my uni, 4nowledge again mo$e to 9. this time $ery simple /ues. what is pointer< hw u allocate memory to them etc. then they as4ed me are u doing any project for 3eC. I said yes told them a3t my project as i h$ already decided the project< it is related to

networ4ing. They as4ed me a3t router<3ridge<http pac4et< how pac4et got transfers frm one pc to anotherC I answered all this $ery efficiently as i h$ some idea a3t networ4ing. Finally they said do u ha$e any /ues to as4C i as4ed what should i do to impro$e myself technicallyC They said go through as many courses as u can n impro$e ur data3ase 4nowledge specially /ueries< rest is fine. % H& inter$iew )ont ta4e it as time pass as it is e/ually important.3e prepared with general hr /uestions.then only u can get through it. /ues were $ery general li4e why amdocs< tell me a3t urself< wea4ness< strength< family 3ac4ground<relocation etc. it was for around 20 min It seems to 3e $ery long and drilling process 3ut if u are confident and 4eep urself fresh its easy to clear all round.
