Audience
Ifeltthatmyaudienceanalysiswentwellregardingtheusermanual.Iwasabletoidentifyan audienceandlearnfromthemthroughouttheprocessofcreatingmyusermanual.WhileI gainedalotfromtheinitialinterviews,whatifoundmosthelpfulwasrevisitingwiththemtoseeif iwascreatingtherightcontent.Icheckedbackwiththemtoseeiftheyagreedwiththe scenariosandprofilesihadwroteaboutthem.Idontknowifthisisstandardprocedure,but gettingtheirapprovalbuiltmyconfidencethatiunderstoodmyaudience.Itwouldobviouslybe usefultohaveawideraudiencewithmoreprofilesandscenarios,butthiswouldbeunrealistic andifeelgreatlysatisfiedwithhowthisportionofmyprojectwentfortheusermanual.
