For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given

There is something so incredibly special about the way that a Holy, Sovereign God & Creator of the Universe, is in the details of our lives. He plans and prepares those details and brings them to fruition. A most precious detail is his willingness to create a son and bring him to us in such a state of humbleness- becoming one of us-to save us. It reveals the heart of a Father that is so tender and loving. Though he is all mighty and his power is limitless, he pursues our heart with such tenderness and compassion. God calls on the messy and troubled souls. His heart is compelled for the lost and broken in this world. In the midst of their chaos, He is there! As Life House ministers to women that are hurting from tremendously painful life situations, we witness first hand how Christ moves in their lives. These women are given the opportunity to know that he is real and that he cares about every detail of their life! Currently were assisting a homeless pregnant woman with resources for her and her baby. Shes due December 13th and housing is the big need right now. Id love to say that LHM has placed her in our Hope Homes Program but were just at the beginning of launching that program and we are waiting for families to volunteer as home providers. We appreciate your prayers as we get this program up and running! Luke 1:46-55 And Mary said, My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name. And his mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation. He has shown strength with his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts; he has brought down the mighty from their thrones and exalted those of humble estate; he has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his offspring forever.
