Commission Structure

CPL Package ONLY S.No 1. 2. Type 0 to 10 students in One calendar Year (April to March) 11th and above in One Calendar Year (April to March) Payout Rs 125000 per student Rs 150000 per student

Note: 1. The payout to agents will be done strictly on the basis of package offered, if any changes to package is made then the student will be considered under transfer student category and his payout will be accordingly. 2. The payout to agents will start on enrollment of 2nd student onwards excluding himself (in case the agent is himself a pilot trainee), in such cases the agent will be paid for two students at the time of enrollment of 2nd student. 3. Agent will be recognized only if he has a written agreement with us in advance. 4. If any agent is found colluding with any employee involving financial transactions like passing out students to agent, walk in students being given to agent, agent passing out commission to employee without giving prior information to the CEO then in such cases the employee will be summarily suspended and an enquiry will be initiated against him, the Institute will file a case against the agent and employee at Baramati police station. 5. Students will be considered coming from the agents only if the student is accompanied by the respective agent. 6. The pay out for enrolled student will be made immediately to agents depending on the number of students enrolled in compliance with the point 2 mentioned above. 7. The payment for different slabs will be made on slab basis that is if the agent is successful in getting 10 students then he will be paid Rs 125000 per student for the next student that is 11th student he will be paid Rs 150000 per student. 8. The payment will be made on pro rata basis that is the payment being given out will depend on payment received by us. 9. The agents are not allowed to discuss, reveal or pass out their commissions to students. 10. The agent has to give the names of the students to be enrolled in advance to CEO, student coming directly to institute and later claimed by agents will not be entertained.

Note: 1. Registration Fees, Library Fees and other fees are non negotiable. 2. The agent has to give the names of the students to be enrolled in advance to CEO , student coming directly to institute and later claimed by agents will not be entertained.
