Nowadays, English has become an international language and is spoken all over the world.

So being able to speak English is very important. But as we know, learning a foreign language is not easy at all. Besides being fond of English, we must have our own learning strategies. I think the most important thing/factor in learning English is setting myself a goal. I learn English mainly for my ne t e ams into the high school and then university !clear and concrete ob"ectives# so I have to study all the skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing. $o improve my listening skill, I often do e ercises in listening books. I also listen to English songs and watch English movies. %t first, I can&t understand the whole song or movie but I believe that I can learn a lot from those movies and songs and my skill !English skills# will improve !be improved# after every time I try. Speaking is the most important skill when !IN 'E%(NIN) EN)'IS*# learning English, in my opinion. So I always try to improve it. %t school, I often listen to my teachers& pronunciations carefully then repeat !$*E EN)'IS* +,(-S# time after time so that I can remember them longer !(E.E.BE( $*E. +E''/BE$$E( '%$E( ,N#. Sometimes when I have some problems with my pronunciation, I use a dictionary to check it. It&s very useful. $he third skill is reading. I try to do as many reading e ercises as possible. I pay attention to improving my vocabulary also because I think that a big one !% ),,- -I1$I,N%(2# not only help !*E'5S# me with reading skill but also the others. $he last skill I have to learn is writing. $o be good at this, I buy some books where there are many model essays !+(I$$EN# by various authors. 4rom those books, I can learn their writing ways. Besides the four skills above, praticing grammar is necessary, too.
