The development of the present work seeks to contribute to the improvement of the administration that comes developing the Management of perations of the company !"#$A%#"%A at the moment with regard to the service of illumination public in the unit of business of &a &ibertad, service Trujillo, by means of the implementation of a system that allows to organize, to process and to administer the information of the points of illumination located in the park of illumination public with respect to inventories 'posts, lamps and stars( and to carried out operations 'amplifications, corrections, optimizations and retirements(, obtaining immediate answers to consultations, points of illumination that can present operation deficiencies in function to the useful life of their lamps settling down and determining the electric power consumptions settling down for each process punctual dates or ranges of time and coverings 'substation, radial, transformation center, service or unit of business( according to requirements) to this the elaboration of reports and graphics are supplemented. ne has as objective to optimize the programs of maintenance of the park of illumination public improving the administration of the information of the points of illumination, offering this way an in agreement service with the levels of illumination specified in the Technical %orma of *uality of the +lectric ,ervices. The methodology used for the development of the system has been the MT ' bject Modeling Technique( that it e-tends from the analysis until the implementation
