SciVisum reported the attached errors this morning - could yuou please check what caused these issues? The scivisum alerts recovered without any intervention so it 1719640 seems strange. Error : Not found for url http://www.o2online.ie/o2/js/</fieldset>, (SciVisum code 404) in Step: 2 1694479 "Your account is locked" Bill Pay 58 out of 370 ( 15% of the errors). Pre Pay 42 out of 344 ( 13% of the errors). We need to understand the users that are "locked", and then validate in IDM whether this is correct. 1689777

In SciVisum Prepay mobile broadband is facing continuous 1682541 constraint.please look into it. Last there were alerts from SciVisum relating to the upgrade shop journey flows. Could you please let me know what casued these alerts? Alerts indicated error message "You are not eligible to upgrade your device at this time " was presented however the journey then recovered on its own. 1668783

In SciVisum Tool, prepay upgrade user journey is showing error at regular interval. Other user journey is facing error 1608103 ocassionaly. Please see the attachment.

In SciVisum Tool , user journey for prepay upgrade is crossing the preset threshold by high margin.Please look 1611475 into the attachment.

In SciVisum, all the user journey is running slower than the 1631160 preset threshold.

In the last number of days a massive increase in the number of "Cut off" errors- i.e taking longer than the allotted journey time. This appears to be across all flows and therefore suggests something common across all streams. In addition it looks to be the display of the phones or the empty basket which are all database heavy activities. Can someone have a look to see what they think might be 1702355 causing this? Resolving Team

Solution Provided It would appear that the users in Sci Visum are not getting logged out correctly and therefore the acount appears as "Locked out".Now we are not finding any such error in bill pay and pre pay upgrade. So we closing the TT.

JaloSession Error. Due to cron running it breaks the Pre Pay Journey it seems. Need to observ new hybris cron logs. We have identified during SciVisum monitoring that the Pre-Pay and Post-Pay phone upgrade links stopped functioning in Shop yesterday. They displayed error pages and most of the phones (Apple iPhone 4S and Nokia) were appearing with 0 Euro. The Phones were end of life and the links were broken. Content related changes were rolled back by the Digital team and a full indexing was done by Infra Portal. Shop is fine now.

Due to multiple issues restarts happened on all web and myaccount /o2services /generic apis ,this caused the issues . WE have checked the journeys and found no delay response from eshop and all the journeys are working fine. If you have any problem then please forward us some ctns and there credentials so that we will check the flow.

we are not able to find the order provided in the cockpit and logs also. And we havent found any slow response for the prepay upgrade journey. As there was a major incident with Myaccount/IDM and the o2service/myaccount server got rebooted many times. This may be the impact on the journeys We have identified during SciVisum monitoring that the Pre-Pay and Post-Pay phone upgrade links stopped functioning in Shop on friday. There is nothing in the logs which is related to this issue. So alert can be ignored.Please look into the log file for eshop for the given time stamp. Two types of error are there mostly : 1)readyForFulfilmentPerformableCronJob failed (run after the Order is confirmed ). 2)ybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.Unknow nIdentifierException (This is occuring since out of stock or discontinued product is selected)

There is nothing in the log at the given timestamp.So alert can be ignored. Please look into the worklog for the logs at that timestamp. Its working fine now, during this time eshop servers will be restarted. we can ignore this alerts from 4 am to 630 am this will go down.

There is no error find in thr log for above time stamp. So we can ignore the alert. Please look into the attachment for logs of eshop server. Due to multiple issues restarts happened on all web and myaccount /o2services /generic apis ,this caused the issues apart from that no other issues found on logs WE have checked the prepay upgrade journey with Nokia 113 till the promotion code and validation page and found that the request is delivered & responded in time and we did not find any delay also.
