MM Project Proposal Workshop

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Christian Greetings. The EJC SOE and MM14 team in collaboration with members of Institutional Development Missions (A voluntary missionary team from Advent Fellowship) will be conducting further training for church members who desire to work in their community and among their peer groups for the purpose of obtaining funding for community development projects. The First Meetings will be conducted at the Half Way Tree SDA Church on the 6th & 7th of January, starting precisely at 5:30 pm. We recognize that poverty has many aspects which include lack of skills training, education or opportunities for employment or lack of human resource development. We have a vision to equip the churches to assist their communities by providing opportunities for community development. This training aims to walk members through the process of Project writing and to guide them in the execution of these projects. We have already seen a measure of success in this and would like to build on that foundation during MM14. Listed in the attachment are the basic requirements for the project workshop. We understand the limitations of some of our churches in the areas of technology and human resource; please feel free to attend even when you may not have these. We are also inviting university students and other qualified professionals to provide Voluntary assistance needed. Please come with an attitude to sacrifice time, work hard and pray harder for this endeavor. Blessings to you all. Sincerely Valerie Ragbir Director, Institutional Development Mission Pastor Carl M. Cunningham Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Director and Principal, EJC School of Evangelism
