!he Co0pany warrants that 1a4 its 5$A.E (, P&(%UC!6 software 1the 2Software34 will perfor0 s8bstantially in accordance with the acco0panying written 0aterials for a period of 5$U.*E&6 days fro0 the date of receipt and 1b4 that the 0edi80 on which the Software is contained will be free fro0 defects in 0aterials and wor?0anship 8nder nor0al 8se and service for a period of 5$U.*E&6 year. n the event applicable law i0poses any i0plied warranties+ the i0plied warranty period is li0ited to 5$U.*E&6 days fro0 the date of receipt. So0e @8risdictions do not allow s8ch li0itations on d8ration of an i0plied warranty+ so the above li0itation 0ay not apply to C8sto0er.

2. CUSTOMER REMEDIES
