HRMSLog is an HRMS enterprise application with extensive security feature
build using latest version of ASP.NET (4.0) and SQL Server as the database. The core basic features are 1. Personnel Module A module for personnel management purpose. The modules have the following features. A set of lookups are maintained in the system for setting up initial parameters. There are lookups needed to be set up for each module in system. The lookups that are used in HRMSLog 2013 are: a. Airlines b. Category c. Designation d. Departments e. Hometown f. Leave Types g. Marital Status h. Nationality i. Relation j. Religion k. Approver l. 2. Employee Add/Amendment The employees add/amendment screen provides the user a single interface to record all possible information of the employees. All the employees in the company will be listed grouped by department, employee name as well as employee code. This enables easy search options for the user. User will have the facility to add employee dependent details and document information including expiry date. Following reports will be available: a. Employee Register b. Document Expiry List c. Head Count Report d. List of Active Employees e. List of Birthdays

3. Leave Management Leave request/approval/Cancellation is an easier process in HRMSLog and is engineered in a single screen. The system will update the leave once it is approved. Following reports will be available: a. Approved Leave b. Pending Leaves c. Cancelled Leaves 4. Payroll Module HRMSLog provides the users with a easy to handle, organized payroll modules. At most importance is given to organize the workflow in the module in a systematic and simple manner using a user friendly interface.

HRMSLog payroll activity begins with marking of daily attendance of


employees and ends with a MONTH END process. Following are the sequence of activities that are to be carried out. i. Payroll Calendar HRMSLog maintains a system calendar to mark the public holidays which can be used to calculate leaves of working days calculation. ii. Handling Fixed/Variable Earning and Deductions iii. Recording daily overtime iv. Payroll processing v. Month end Process After the process system shifts to the next month, accrual of employees gets updated in the database and pay work table gets initiated again in the system. Following reports will be available: a. Customized pay slip b. Employee Earnings/Deductions Report c. Overtime statements d. Payroll Management e. Salary Register 5. E-alert Alert will give for document expiry
