2. Employee Add/Amendment The employees add/amendment screen provides the user a single interface to record all possible information of the employees. All the employees in the company will be listed grouped by department, employee name as well as employee code. This enables easy search options for the user. User will have the facility to add employee dependent details and document information including expiry date. Following reports will be available: a. Employee Register b. Document Expiry List c. Head Count Report d. List of Active Employees e. List of Birthdays
3. Leave Management Leave request/approval/Cancellation is an easier process in HRMSLog and is engineered in a single screen. The system will update the leave once it is approved. Following reports will be available: a. Approved Leave b. Pending Leaves c. Cancelled Leaves 4. Payroll Module HRMSLog provides the users with a easy to handle, organized payroll modules. At most importance is given to organize the workflow in the module in a systematic and simple manner using a user friendly interface.
