Sir, further to my 28-12-2013 and 29-12-2013 correspondence of complaint against GWMWater I like to add the following; GWMWater refers to untreated water but doesnt disclose what problems there exist with the water it supplies, what customers can do to perhaps (if this is possible at all for a customer to do) could do to make the water suitable for certain or all and any purposes domestic and/or 20 household usage. The term domestic in my view is not always the same as household. Usage for domestic purposes within a factory environment is an example. Companies who clean clothing such as blankets, sheets, etc, for hospitals may use water that may need to be of a standard ordinary used in a household, as such for domestic purposes even so not being for a household usage. 25 QUOTE 15

The purest form of natural water is the rain water. The reason for this is because rain is formed as a result of condensation of water vapour. It is obvious to see that the process is similar to distillation. All the types of natural water or the water bodies such as sea, oceans, streams, lakes and rivers are constantly undergoing circulation which result in gigantic water cycle. Treated Water This type of water is treated artificially by man for special purposes. We can easily find the following examples: pipe-borne water (or tap water) distilled water chlorinated water as used in swimming pools.
Treatment of Town Water Supply Water from a river, lake or stream is stored in reservoirs. Thereafter, the water is purified through various stages that include: coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection (See figure).

As shown in the figure, the untreated water is first passed through settling tanks where alum is added to induce flocculation and coagulation. The particles in the water will now come together or clump to form larger ones orflocs. In this state,it can now be passed through a filter bed to remove the rest and finer particles. After this filtration stage, the water can be considered clean, but definitely not pure. To rid the water from germs and dangerous pathogens that may lurk inside it, it is treated with chemicals like chlorine in calculated amounts. In areas where they are prone to goitre and tooth decay due to lack of iodine and fluorine in their diet, these useful chemicals (that is, chlorine and fluorine) may be added to the water. This latter stage is calleddisinfection stage
Finally, the treated water which is now free from dirt and germs is stored in tanks and reservoirs where it may be distributed to the town for utilization. Distilled Water Distilled water is considered as a relative pure water in Chemistry and is used in chemical laboratories for preparation of reagents and standardization of acids and other chemicals. Page 7 Water on the farm was obtained from a deep well and was treated by a reverse osmosis (RO) system prior to delivery to the herd. The RO-treated water was stored in a concrete cistern and then delivered to the pigs. For the purposes of this experiment, a separate water delivery system was installed to allow the performance of pigs consuming untreated water to be compared to that of pigs consuming the RO-treated water. A pump and pressure system was installed to deliver untreated water directly from the well to the specified pens. Water composition is presented in Table 1.

One nursery consisting of 28 pens was used in both experiments. Two pens at the end of the room were left vacant to provide room for experimental equipment, leaving 26 pens to house the animals on test (approximately 10 pigs per pen). Drinking water treatments were assigned to alternate pairs of pens, with one unpaired pen in each treatment (13 pens per water treatment). The barn was equipped with nipple drinkers in each pen. Because these are prone to spillage, dish-type drinkers were installed (Drik-O-Mat water cups; Prairie Pride Enterprises, Winnipeg, Manitoba). Within each water treatment, half of the pairs of pens were randomly assigned to either the nipple drinkers or dishtype drinkers. The unpaired pens in each water treatment were assigned to nipple drinkers. As I understand it my son Richard is back on the property but with GWMWater having unilaterally altered the account holder (to which neither he or I consented), then as he indicated in the past a bill not on his name is not his liability. But as I declined to accept the grey water (to me it is sewerage water, this in view it is untreated) then if someone, not just Richard was to fall ill drinking this kind of water then I view GWMWater must be held legally liable for providing such kind of water through ordinary water pipe lines generally associated to people as to supply drinking water suitable for human consumption. GWMWater clearly couldnt bother to spend money on laying a grey water pipe line, perhaps as it appears to me it may jeopardize their profits and what directors may be paid, but to me that is no excuse. Ordinary water pipe lines should never be permitted to be used to supply as what is known to be grey water and as I have been pursuing this issue for about 20 years, it seems to me GWMWater cannot excuse itself as I view it had ample of time but seems to me couldnt care less as long as it was able to get away with it. Just that I never gave up and I view the EWOV ought to make clear there are Victorian Government standards and they are there to protect Victorians and GWMWater must be held accountable for its failure to comply. And, pay compensation to its customers as long as it fails to do so. All Victorians should have the same access to suitable drink water (for human consumption) and I view this principle is embedded in the Human Rights Charter of Victoria. Awaiting your response, G. H.
