e are proud to present the 50th edition of our leading real estate publication. Our magazine was first published in 1999 and constantly since. It is the oldest real estate magazine and has gained an authoritative stance in the property market. The finest of properties appear within its now famous covers which are graced by unique and original works of art. We have sacrificed or rather dedicated the coveted front cover not to promote a prestigious property but to Maltese art. Artists featured have been varied as are the images depicted reflecting the temperament fabric of the Maltese Islands. The impressions of the pre-impressionist Edward Lear have appeared three times, Giuseppe Cali was repatriated from England for the task, Kenneth Zammit Tabona depicted the ideal and the gentile, Paul Carbonaro his abstracted realism, Giuseppe Schranz and Girolamo Gianni documented, Andrew Diacono unmockingly caricatured,

Bateman, Spy and Ape where there too, George Large sharpened the edges and the list goes on.
