JET GROUTING
Jet Grouting is a most popular method of Foundation Improvement in Japan and overseas. Cement slurry is injected into the ground to increase ground strength and to reduce ground permeability. To make precise concrete column, YBM Jet Grouting Machine has been provided with hydraulic control valves for adjusting slow RPM, automated stepping mechanism, and hydraulic rod chuck and pipe clamp.

Jet Grouting with a group of SS40V-600 II For a ground improvement project at Kallang river Singapore, YBM supplied modified type of SI-40S with longer mast. These rigs were installed on sliding rails, and performed continuous & speedy jet grouting to the river bottom.

Cement grout is injected into the soil with high pressure at the monitor nozzle. The jet cut the soil and mix it with grouts. SINGLE TUBE method is suitable for shallow depth and horizontal jet grout applications.

By using double tube, compressed air is introduced into the jet grout at the monitor nozzle. This increases energy and enable to cut much larger depth. DOUBLE TUBE method creates larger column diameter and is suitable for more deep improvement and cohesive soils.

Soil is cut by compressed air shrouded high-pressure water jet (center), and the space is filled with grout (outer) from the lower nozzle. TRIPLE TUBE method is suitable for underpinning, especially cohesive soils and complicate formations.

YBM SI-series has been especially developed for jet grouting applications. Skid type SI-series supports precise jet grouting operation with stable high performance. These can be transported easily with SG-pump in one truck, due to compact design. Special Features
Rotary head, feed stroke of 1.000 mm. Automatic stepping device with adjustable pitch (0 50 mm). Digital meter of spindle rotation, and stepless rotation speed control by hydraulic control valve. Safety, Simple operation by hydraulic chucking in Rotary head and pipe clamp device. Compact, light weight design for easy handling at job sites. Extension mast, winch, sub-chuck are optional.

SG-series is the most compact and light-weight jet grout pump in the market. Simple oepration via Control panel or Remote control box with 50 m cable. Special Features
Full automatic cement slurry mixing plant. Automatic weighing (load cell) for cement, water, admixture volumes are installed on YMA-25L and YMA-40L plants. YMA-20A has measuring & control device of water and admixture. Load cell for cement weight to be optional. Mixer rotation is inverter controlled and able to adjust in comply with the applied materials.

Automatic Mixing Plants

Process data logging system with Printer Batch sytem for continuous operation. Remaining slurry quantity in the agitator shall be detected automatically and slurry shall be dropped from the mixer to the agitator timely and continuously. Equipped a high pressure jet washer for cleaning.
