Professional Experience
• Responsible for the development of a web banking / Usability & Best Practices initiative to 300+
Credit Unions and Financial Institutes following Forrester’s Web Site Review methodology.
(Including: Vancity / Coast Capital Savings & Canadian Tire Financial Services)
• Oversaw the identification and gathering of strategic business requirements.
• Created detailed project plans and developed understanding of business processes and product
functionality.
• This project achieved the following key business benefits:
o According to Forrester “MemberDirect® Services is a competitive web banking product
to the big banks.”
o In order to maintain that competitiveness we implemented Forrester best practices to
constantly improve the quality of those services.
o Used Forrester reports, best practices, credit unions and stakeholder input as well as work
previously done on MemberDirect® to determine what areas needed the most
improvement and have the best impact on the end user experience.
• Provided overall leadership to a large project team.
• Advisor in the area of web & packaged software license management to BC Hydro.
• Gathered requirements specifications involving web & packaged software assets in excess of $10
million.
• Researched and presented best practices for packaged software license management.

Siberra Corporation
• Worked with Siberra Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Buy on several projects with
budgets from $50,000 to $1.5million:
o Analyzed the existing Best Buy IT framework to leverage existing processes and best
practices to service Siberra’s online photo-sharing / social networking operations.
o Produced SOP's, Best Practices, SLA's and Operating contracts.
o Worked with various Best Buy affiliates (including: Yahoo!, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rogers
and Sears) to get their products online through various e-commerce initiatives including
customized storefronts.
• Reported directly to Best Buy’s VP of IT and BIO.
• Together with members of EA Sports, PayPal and Sophos PureMessage Solutions Team,
developed a comprehensive web strategy and network marketing affiliate program to manage an
online golf booking and tee time reservation service for more than 25,000 golf web sites.
• Lead a number of web design projects providing Internet services to a variety of golf industry
clients including; ESPN (teetimewatch.com), GolfBC, Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club,
Big Sky Golf, GolfTeeTimes.com, NorthStar Golf, Golf Holidays/West and Ogio.
