An independent study designed to prepare the school store to successfully function each day. Duties include: Cleaning, stocking, and food preparation

Textbooks Used and Other Sources: Microsoft office programs, publisher,

excel, QuickBooks, P.O.S. program, and LAPS,

Materials Needed (Supplies Suggested): Soft skills Methods of Instruction: computer usage, financial statements, daily cash
reconciliations (one on one training by instructor)

Evaluation/Grade Calculations: Promotions and Advertising Campaigns

Course Syllabus

Assignment Expectations: The store set up and clean for the days
operations

Late Assignments: Late assignments must be turned in within five school

days for partial credit (10% loss of credit for every day up to five)

Classroom Procedures
Student Responsibilities expectations: To be on time and complete all the
activities related to keeping accurate financial and inventory control of the Comet Connection (the school store)

Cheating: The act of obtaining answers or completing assignments in a

fraudulent or deceitful manner. Disciplinary action will be determined by staff and administrators. Possible zero grade for assignment and possible suspension. (One hour three days)
