OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 02 Series of 2014 A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY APPEALING TO HON. VICE GOVERNOR LEONIDES FAUSTO TO ALLOCATE FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) UNIT WAITING SHED FOR BARANGAY MALABBAC, IGUIG, CAGAYAN. WHEREAS, the regular session held last November 30, 2013 of the Sangguniang Barangay, one of our agenda is to construct a concrete waiting shed at the Sitio Patok, Zone 5 Malabbac, Iguig, Cagayan; WHEREAS, the presence of waiting shed is essential during both rainy season and summer time; WHEREAS, much to desire of the barangay officials to undertaken this urgent need to construct this waiting shed for the welfare and convenience of our residents; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the body; RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to earnestly request to Hon. Vice Governor Leonides Fausto to allocate fifty thousand pesos ( P 50,000) for the construction of one (1) unit waiting shed. Resolved further to furnish copies of this resolution to Hon. Vice Governor Leonides Fausto for his prompt and most favorable action and Hon. Juditas L. Trinidad for her favorable endorsement. Approved this 8th day of January 2014.

ANTONIO TO ALLOCATE ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF STREET LIGHT FOR BARANGAY MALABBAC, IGUIG, CAGAYAN. WHEREAS, one of the identified problem is the inadequacy of streetlight of barangay Malabbac, Iguig, Cagayan; Whereas, with the dimly lighted portion of the barangay, this serve as conducive place of lawless elements to commit crimes; Whereas, with such situations to rehabilitate the streetlights of barangay Malabbac, to serve as a deterrent in the commission of crimes; Whereas, with the presence of budgetary condition of the project without the assistance of the concerned agencies; Now therefore on motion of the Body; Resolved as it hereby resolved to earnestly request to Hon. Governor Alvaro T. Antonio to allocate one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) for the rehabilitation of street lights for barangay Malabbac, Iguig, Cagayan. Resolved further to furnish copies of this resolution to Hon. Governor Alvaro T. Antonio for his information and favorable action and to Hon. Juditas L. Trinidad for her favorable endorsement.
