QUESTION 1 a) Discuss the problems that may arise from the following situations i. ii. Designer fails to give adequate attention to the impact of a design selection on the cost and schedule during the construction phase. Contractor's project manager fails to coordinate subcontractors to work together to achieve project's objectives (8 marks) b) Project Management requires the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to complete a series of activities for accomplishing project's objectives. i.
