Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares Safety Plan in accordance with project requirements. Prepares Risk Assessment / Job Hazards Analysis (JHA) with regards to Roads and Highways construction and distributes to Construction Manager and Site Engineers for their proper implementation at the jobsites. Prepares HSE Topics for Toolbox Talks and General Weekly Meeting to be conducted by Worksite Supervisor Monitors and check daily, if Worksite Supervisors are implementing our Company PERMIT TO WORK System, (e.g. Hot Work, Cold Work, Radiography Permits, Confined Space Entry Permit, Excavation Permit, and Electrical (Lock Out / Tag Out) Permit Monitor Road Traffic Management with regards to our Road Construction activities. Monitors Safe Work Procedures in Confined Space, Working @ Height, Crane Rigging and Lifting Operations, Proper use of Man-basket and Mobile Elevated Working Platform, Use of Hand and Power Tools etc. Conducts Safety Toolbox Meeting with the Supervisor and Safety Induction to our Workers & Supervisors including Investigates all Accidents / Incidents, Near Misses and provides recommendation to prevent recurrence in the future. Attends In House Weekly safety coordination meeting and monthly Safety Committee Meeting
