11. Find the rising and falling propagation delays of an AND-OR-INVERT gate using Elmore delay model. Estimate the diffusion capacitance based on a stick diagram of the layout. Or 12. (a) Suppose a unit inverter with three units of input capaictance has unit drive: (i) (ii) (b) What is the drive of a 4X inverter? Or Consider a flip-flop built from a pair of transparent latches using non overlapping clocks.
