Summary
I have distinctively completed my MS in HRM with Three academic publications, alongside my working as an Assistant Manager HR for Transfood Industries, Hattar, Pakistan, since late 2008 to 2012. Without any break in my professional career, onward from September, 2012, currently I work for Army Welfare Trust's Group HR Department, Rawalpindi Pakistan, Managing and observing numerous Human Resource Practices for 20,000+ Employees/Officers across 20+ dynamic Business Units and reporting directly to the BODs, EDs and Directors. Working alongside a multi facet team of five, I have a proven track record of assignments to manage the wide spectrum of Human Resource Life Cycle with responsibilities ranging and not limited to rapid Recruitment, Executive Selection Compensation Management, Staff Benefits & Payroll Administration, Training Management, HRMS/ HRIS, Employee Relations, Audit, Disciplinary Procedures, Performance Management, Contract Management, Employee Separation, Legal Issues & Compliance, Resourcing, Organizational Development and much more . I aim to use my knowledge and skills in a work friendly and conducive environment where I can outperform myself. I need to learn new experiences and mould myself to upcoming challenges by learning as much as I can. I carry no shame in finding answers to the questions I don't know the answers to and I guess that is all I may need to stay put and survive.
