Annual Membership Registration—Kingstowne Center will be holding an open
house for the annual membership registration on the following dates:
• Friday, October 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If any participant is requesting a variance, proper documentation should be pro-
vided at the time of registration. Cash, Check, or Credit Card for membership
dues will be accepted. Checks should be made payable to CRS.
Handling our emotions during time of transition and change
Join us on Wednesday, October 7 at 12:30 p.m. to find out the best ways to deal
with our emotions during change. A guest speaker will be present to go over the
best ways to cope with change as well as answer any questions you might have.

Please note that Kingstowne New Classes—Kingstowne Center is happy

a flu shot clinic on Thursday, Octo- Oanh—a beginner exercise class that

FASTRAN cancellation policy: Please note that due to the increase in FAS-
TRAN riders’ “no show,” the center is asking riders to call the center before 8
a.m. if they do not need their regularly scheduled ride. FASTRAN reserves the
right to cancel all rides if participants fail to do so for three or more times.
Halloween Party
Join us on Friday, October 30 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for a Hal-
loween party. Come dressed up in your favorite costume for cos-
tume party, prizes will be awarded to the best costume. We are
also excited to announce that children from the Northern Virginia
Academy will be joining us for a costume parade. The advisory
council will sponsor entertainment, raffles and prizes for partici-
pants.
