Andrea Suraya Meyers is an energy worker, food sanitation enthusiast and fiction writer who has studied Energy Healing and Alternative Healing for five years at the time this manual was written. . received the em'owerment to the "avender )lame on 0-12-13. . had learned a out an energy such as this one from the internet. . tried very hard to get information on it ut all . could ever find was a worksho' notice. At the time, . had des'erately wanted a connection to *uan +in ecause of a vision . had had the year efore, which was also from *uan +in. (o go ack to that time, . was working at my 4o and all of a sudden . was stricken 5. cannot think of a etter word than stricken ecause it was so 6uick and 'owerful7 with such immense love and a feeling of 'eace. . 8heard8 a voice, which . had identified as *uan +in saying that she would like me to ring forth an energy that was rose or lavender ecause it was much needed in the world. Also known as <uan +in, *uan>Am 5?ietnam7, <annon 5:a'an7, and <anin 5%ali7. She is the em odiment of com'assionate loving kindness. As the %odhisattva of Com'assion, She hears the cries of all eings. *uan +in en4oys a strong resonance with the Christian Mary, the Mother of :esus, and the (i etan goddess (ara. .n many images She is de'icted carrying the 'earls of illumination. 9ften *uan +in is shown 'ouring a stream of healing water, the 8@ater of "ife,8 from a small vase. @ith this water devotees and all living things are lessed with 'hysical and s'iritual 'eace. She holds a sheaf of ri'e rice or a owl of rice seed as a meta'hor for fertility and sustenance. Sometimes <uan +in is re'resented as a many armed figure, with each hand either containing a different cosmic sym ol or e/'ressing a s'ecific ritual 'osition, or mudra. A#out the Lavender Flame

(he Lavender Flame of Quan Yin is a fraction of the ?iolet )lame of (ransmutation. .t is 'art of a triad of energies sourced from that flame, namely ,ur'le, Amethyst and "avender. All of the energies sourced from ?iolet have something to do with transformation, transmutation, 'urification or divine alchemy. .n the case of "avender we deal mostly with purification and divine

alchemy, which is clearing the unwanted and turning our e/'eriences into the "ight. "avender comes from *uan +in, the odhisattva of Com'assion, the Chohan of the ?iolet ray 'reviously to St. Aermain. She still acts on the ?iolet ray as the source of the "avender )lame. (he "avender )lame is a gentler version of ?iolet with nurturing as'ects and a definite )eminine feel to it. "avender soothes away negative energies, slowly 'urifying our fields and ringing us ack to our alance. .t clears the locks we may have 'ut u' against the )eminine $ivine as the result of social or religious conditioning. .t rings a feeling of 'eace and mercy with it and as a result, may e used when ?iolet seems too strong an energy for us. So far, efore *+"), all higher dimensional fre6uencies had to e toned down so that our denser odies were a le to receive higher energies in a diluted version. As you can see, the sym ol for the "avender )lame resem les a lavender lotus. (he lotus is regarded as a very s'iritual flower, a sym ol of higher love and 'erfection. *uan +in Herself is often shown seated on a lotus. (he usual method for drawing the sym ol is to draw the central 'etal first, then the right outer 'etal, the left outer 'etal, and to draw the leaves as one fluid line eneath the 'etals from left to right.

(he second 'art of "avender )lame Healing is the "otus :ewels. "otus :ewels are energetic gifts from *uan +in. (hey usually come as a round energetic construct a out the siBe of a 6uarter or 21 cent 'iece, 'erha's the siBe of a 'ing-'ong all. (hey a''ear in many forms! they can e 'erfectly s'herical, faceted s'hericalE they can a''ear as crystals and they also transform into lotuses. Each :ewel is im ued with certain 6ualities, such as Com'assion. Each has its own color and chakra or 'osition in the energetic field. The Lotus Jewel of Karmic Release Color- %lue-?iolet Chakra="ocation- Heart Chakra (he lotus 4ewel of karmic release allows one to release any karmic ta'es, in4uries, or incidents that are not "ove. 9ne may release all negative karma that he or she is willing to let go of y concentrating on this Aift. (his 4ewel resides in the heart s'ace. (he :ewel of <armic #elease also works for those who do not 'ossess it. @hen a 'erson whose heart s'ace contains the 4ewel encounters one without who desires to release the negative karma, the 4ewel resonates, sending energy out to cause removal of that 'erson>s negative karma. @hen this karma is released, it is immediately transformed into 'ure "ove and returned as such to the one who released it. (hese :ewels allow the earer to transmit healing energy into the earth with each ste' he or she takes. Again, the :ewels are always active and therefore there is no need to intend to send healing energy into the Earth.
