A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BARANGAY CAPTAIN ROBERTO P. MAGGONGA AND BARANGAY TREASURER ROGELIO P. SERRANO, JR. TO SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) TO BE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF BAOYAN, BOLINEY, ABRA AND THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, BANGUED, ABRA BRANCH FOR THE AVAILMENT OF ENHANCED HONORARIUM LOAN BY THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY BAO-YAN, BOLINEY, ABRA WHEREAS, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) is offering Honorarium/Salary loans to elected and appointed barangay officials; WHEREAS, this financial assistance in a form of a loan will provide the elected and appointed barangay officials the necessary capital for them to venture into undertakings that will enhance or improved their socio-economic status; WHEREAS, the loan shall be paid in equal monthly amortization which shall be deducted from the barangay officials honorarium; WHEREAS, to guarantee the faithful and religious payment of the monthly amortization of the Barangay Officials, the body hereby authorizes the Barangay Treasurer to deduct from the Honorarium of the Barangay Officials the corresponding monthly amortization and shall be remitted to the Land Bank of the Philippines Bangued, Abra branch. WHEREAS, cognizant of the possible benefits derived from said loan, the elected and appointed officials of Barangay Baoyan, Boliney, Abra would like to avail the said offer; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Lowie P. Bassi, with the unanimous accord of the members of the Sangguniang Barangay present; BE IT: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to AUTHORIZE BARANGAY CAPTAIN ROBERTO P. MAGGONGA AND BARANGAY TREASURER ROGELIO P. SERRANO, JR. TO SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) TO BE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF BAOYAN, BOLINEY, ABRA AND THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, BANGUED, ABRA BRANCH FOR THE AVAILMENT OF ENHANCED HONORARIUM LOAN BY THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY BAO-YAN, BOLINEY, ABRA.
