May 1892 There were certain reasons as to why Jose Rizal would again return to his Fatherland. He decided to go home on with the following reasons: 1. To confer with Governor Des u!ol regarding his ro osal on the "orneo colonization. #. To esta$lish the %iga Fili ina in the &hili ines.
