Introduction

The transport administrator usually imports the transport requests manually in the receiving systems using the
Transport Management System (with transaction STMS).

When the change request is released in the source system, it should be imported in the receiving system(s).
The change request will be available for import in the receiving system. The transport administrators can view
the request in the Transport Management System (transaction STMS) by choosing Overview -> Imports. This
displays the import queue for the relevant systems. To display details about the queues, choose Import Queue -
> Display.

Further the transport administrator can choose a method to import the request. Even though there are various
methods available to import the transport requests, it is recommended to import using STMS transaction code.
The STMS import queue screen will have two options: 1. To import all requests (import all) and Import Individual
Requests (single import).

Since Import All requests is critical, it is recommended to remove the option from the Import queue screen.

Procedure

Follow the below mentioned process to disable the option:

1. Goto STMS transaction code.
2. Click System Overview button or Shift + F6.
3. Double-click on the Transport Controller system.
4. Click Transport Tool tab.
5. Click Change button.
6. Click Insert Row button under the Transport tool tab.
7. Add the parameter NO_IMPORT_ALL with value 1.
8. Check Global checkbox.
9. Click Save button.

This will disable the Import All Requests button as shown below:
