Plug DVR and uplink to Router into ports 27 and 28. Use ports 1-24 for the POE cameras.
Once logged in, on the smart wizard screen that pops up by default, change the password for the switch to 10918, and click Apply.
On this same window, click on the System Settings tab. You will now change the IP of the switch to the following Camacc default scheme. (Or use current sites IP scheme if different) IP 192.168.2.200 Gateway 192.168.2.1 Click Apply once these values are entered. Subnet 255.255.255.0 Preferred DNS 192.168.2.1
You now need to change your IP address on your PC back to Camacc default scheme. (use all of the same values as above, but change your IP to 192.168.2.99) Confirm the ability to log into the switch on your internet browser using the values changed above. (IP 192.168.2.200 / Password 10918)
Change the settings to: IP Address: 192.168.2.254 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1 Enter the Site Name in the Location: Click the Device Password Manager button and enter Old Password admin New Password 10918 Confirm Password 10918 Click OK
Using your web browser, Log into the switch using the new IP of http:// 192.168.2.254 The new password for the switch is: 10918 Click Exit to leave the Smart Wizard and go to the Web Console screen.
POE Settings
IMPORTANT: As you can see by the Note: each port is configurable for its power settings. By Default the Power setting is Auto. It may be necessary to change the setting to a specific wattage if we are filling all the POE ports but some cameras are not showing up. This could be due to lack of power with the Power setting set to Auto. Apparently our cameras typically need about 4 watts each, so adjusting the power for ports 1-24 to a lower wattage may allow all cameras to work.

Here is where you can Reboot the switch or Reset it to Factory Default (Reset System) Or: To manually reset the switch to Factory Default use a paper clip inserted into the Reset hole for 5 seconds on the front left panel.
