Conference Registration Registration for the RWISO conference can be made on-line or via a downloaded registration form. Go to www.rwiso.org for additional information and to register. Early Bird Registration Deadline is: Monday, March 31 st st Registrations received between April 1 and April 21 qualify for the Advance Registration rate. st After April 21 registrations are considered Onsite Registrations. Please do not send any forms to st the RWISO office after April 21 . To qualify for the member rate you must be a member in good standing with RWISO at the time of the conference. Non-members can purchase a membership if they so desire, but it is not required to attend the RWISO conference. Payment Option Attendees have the option to pay their conference registration in two equal payments. This option is only st available using the downloadable form for registrations received prior to March 31 and requires a credit card. Once the registration form is received, 50% of the registration will be charged. The balance will be charged on April 16th. Please note that RWISO membership is not refundable. Please Note: Conference Seating is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each registered attendee will receive a confirmation once they register. Registration will be accepted onsite at the conference; however there is no guarantee that space will be available. Included in Registration The conference registration fee includes lunch and breaks each day. It also includes the planned receptions. All other meals are on your own. Orthodontic Staff This rate is available only to office staff. Guests Guests are those that have not previously attended an RWISO conference and are not currently enrolled in an approved Roth Williams Course. Guests are also friends or associates of a current RWISO member and are afforded the same rate as members. Students The student rate is only available to those individuals that are enrolled as an orthodontic resident in a university. The student rate is not available for Orthodontists that are enrolled in a Roth Williams Course. Please Note: 1. Registration fees are paid in $USD. 2. Optional Fees are set prices and will not change based on purchase date Hotel Information The New Orleans Downtown Marriott at the Convention Center is the location for the RWISO conference. Across the street from the Morial Convention Center, the hotel is within walking distance of many area attractions. Welcome Reception (Wednesday) This reception is immediately following the end of the first day of sessions. It allows all attendees a chance to socialize and unwind from the conference before heading out to dinner on your own. A special piano recital is being planned during this time. Additional tickets for companions are available for purchase. Bourbon Street Balcony Party (Thursday) An experience you wont forget. Spend the evening above the world famous Bourbon Street in New Orleans in the heart of the French Quarter. Space is limited in our private room with a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. You will feel just like you are at Mardi Gras. This is an optional event and not included in the regular registration price. Cost includes dinner and drinks for the evening.
