Specifically, this session will discuss challenges related to air capacity, load factors, gateways, and airlift capacity. Session Break The Foundation of the Tourism Product: The People This session will address the skills of the labor force and the educational and training programs available to the people working in the industry; as well as how the skills and labor force interface with the service delivery of the product. 9:00 AM 10:15 AM Curaao Service Through the Eyes of the Tourist This session will deliver the perceptions of tourists that have recently experienced the Curaao tourism product. The assessment will be shared with stakeholders and will serve as a point of reference to engage audience participants in determining the congruent perception between tourists and stakeholders. Perception of People Skills: Employees vs. Employers? This session will assess the perceptions of the employees and employers in the tourism industry regarding the critical components of the service delivery process. Session Break The gap between expectations and performance This session will provide the perceptions of tourists, employees and employers regarding the expected performance of the tourist product vs. the actual service received. Lunch Pathways to the Future This session will produce a number of action priorities regarding the development of the tourism product for the future.
