The Associate of Fine Arts is a combination of liberal arts general education courses and foundation courses in art that are part of the first two years of art studies. The degree is earned by completing 60 credits with a minimum of 28 credits of art requirements. The Associate of Fine Arts in Art includes the requirements for the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum within the degree. Students should check with their intended transfer institution for any additional admissions or general education requirements. Course Outlines 2.0 minimum GPA required for MTC and all degrees.
