MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered between Expo Photo-Video & Events Specialist Co. herein referred to as the Supplier - andMs. Jamiebel Pojas and Ms. Nadine Viktoria Gutierrez herein referred to as the

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

50% Down payment to reserve the date (non-refundable) Remaining balance to be paid in full at least one (1) week before the event.

SUBSTITUTIONS and CHANGES

The florist reserves the right to make the changes and/or substitutions to the plan finalized with the clients. All substitutions and/or changes are done as a last resort and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine i.e. if a certain bloom is unavailable on the said date or if theres an opportunity to replace flowers of equal value but higher quality.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the client cancel the booking, she must inform the supplier at least 1 month before the date of the event. The client likewise agrees to forfeit the 50% down payment as it is non-refundable. In the event of a natural disaster i.e. flood, typhoon, earthquake or any occurrence that would hinder the delivery of the flowers to the location of the event, the supplier will refund 50% of the total payment to the client. Again, the 50% down payment is non-refundable as this covers the reservation of the date, manpower and flowers which are arranged in advance. HENCEFORTH, that both parties are fully aware and hereby agreed upon all the terms NOW, THEREFORE, this agreement binds into between two (2) parties as CONTRACT for the said function, on this ___th day of ___________, 2013.
