Tour Route : Mumbai Chandigarh Shimla - (Industrial Visit)Chandigarh - Mumbai

Day 1: Depart Mumbai by Train

The Industrial Visit Tour starts from Mumbai by Swaraj Express, 07:55 am or Paschim Express at 11:35 am from Bandra Terminus

Day 2: Arrive at Ambala Station, Chandigarh, Overnight at Chandigarh

Swaraj Express or Paschim Express drops you to Ambala station by 08:05 am (Swaraj Express) or 14:40 (Paschim Express), where you will be welcomed and you will board your Deluxe Bus at the station. From here we proceed to your Hotel at Chandigarh. Check-In, Refresh and get Ready for some sight-seeing today. Refresh and today we will explore the beauty of this 1 Planned city of India, Chandigarh. Visit the world famous Rock Garden (created by the Great Nek Chand all from Scrap and now Recycling is a big Industry talked about), Sukhna Lake where you can enjoy an optional boating tour. Understand from your Guide what it has taken for Chandigarh to be so well planned. You can also try to understand from an MBA perspective how the planning and managing of the city is done, and how Chandigarh is one of the Best Planned cities of India.

Day 3: Chandigarh Industrial Visit - Shimla

After breakfast today you will visit two Industries : FMCG or Pharmaceuticals or others can be arranged too. Himachal Pradesh is emerging as the pharmaceutical industry capital of India. More than half of India's pharmaceutical production, mainly formulations, would originate from Himachal Pradesh in few years as 200 odd medium and large-scale units are coming up in and around Baddi. Here you will be taken to an FMCG Industry or a Pharmaceutical industry where you can meet the Representatives and understand in-depth the working of these Industries. Apply your MBA knowledge to the practical working you will experience here at the Industry

After Industrial Visit we move towards Shimla.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Night: Hotel at Shimla

Day 4: Shimla Kufri Excusrion - Local Sightseeing of Shimla

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half-day excursion to Kufri (2500 mts). Visit Indira Bungalow and the Himalayan Zoo (closed on Mondays). Incase, it happens to be a Monday, guests shall be taken to Naldhera Golf course instead of Kufri. Return to Shimla Hotel for Lunch. In the Evening, enjoy Indias most popular Hill Station Shimla Visit the Mall Road in the evening, attractions of the Mall Road include Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town hall and of course shopping.

Day 5: Shimla - Chandigarh After breakfast we depart from Shimla for Chandigarh. Shimla Chandigarh is 130 Kms approximately, 3.5 to 4 Hours Journey. Afternoon or evening depart from Ambala / Chandigarh by Paschim Express : 13:05 or Swaraj Express: 18:00

Day 6: Back to Mumbai

Today we arrive back to Mumbai in the evening by 14:45 (Paschim Express) or 18:05 (Swaraj Express) at Bandra Terminus with Extremely Fond Memories and Learnings from the trip.
