Past few years have been very eventful. While we see the innovation taking the centre stage, newer companies such as Apple, Google globally and Airtel in India emerged and changed the rule of the game. Technology on one hand made the life simpler; it made the business even complex in a way it is carried out. First web revolution followed by Mobile and now cloud computing posed a new challenges to the academicians and business managers who are now required to revisit the practices they have themselves devised over the past few years. This calls for a radical approach wherein they are to look back and learned from the experiences in the past and adjust themselves with the changing scenario to make them competitive enough to survive this complex situation and come out as a winner. It is in this back drop this conference is organised where all the stakeholders, students, academicians, Policy makers, executers and industry stalwarts would share the common platform to deliberate over the changing landscape of business and the role of management functions in such situation. Call for Papers: Papers and cases based on research, experience or promising ideas of the stated objectives and themes of conference are invited for presentation at the Conference. Theme identified is indicative and participants are encouraged to write on their areas of passion in the management discipline. Abstract of the paper is to be submitted by the due date, as the part of first round. Full papers based on the accepted abstracts need to be submitted subsequently.

Conference Highlights: Each participant would be given a certificate. Selected papers would be published in B-Shastra International Journal of Management (A Research Journal of MERC Institute of Management) with ISSN Number Abstract and Full Paper submission: Abstract must include a clear indication of the purpose of paper, major results, and implication, and key reference, not exceeding 250 words. The full paper should be typed in MS Word format and with double space, Times New Roman font with font size 12. The title page of the papers should give authors full name, affiliation, telephone/fax number and the e-mail address.
