From local cuisine to Michelin Star, simple to gourmet, she thrives on discovering flavors, spices, and trends worldwide. Production Editor Gillian Nicol is the Production Editor at Luxe Beat Magazine and is also a publishing assistant, writer and aspiring author. She launched her career at Pressque Publishing and is the Publishing Services Manager at PubSmart. An active blogger, you can read her musings on SheWrites.com. Gillian is also a successful publicist, securing media for authors on SIRIUS XM, Livestrong.org and other popular media outlets.

On her self-proclaimed " fourth career" she writes about travels with a decidedly intimate focus on design (one of her late careers was commercial interior designer specializing in hospitality.) She loves the company of chefs; and the challenge of finagling a recipe or two. She requires a superlative cocktail and titillating conversation in a smart restaurant before dinner, and once tried a hotel's entire pillow menu before deciding. Global Wine & Travel Editor-at-Large Linda Kissam is a professional travel, food, and wine writer based out of Southern California. Linda specializes in easy, breezy destination stories focusing on what makes each destination special through it culinary and wine, beer and spirits scene and the soft adventures that surround those pursuits. She loves sharing her favorite things about the places she visits.
