1 The Depart]nent of Education (DepEd) through the Nationai Education Tcsting aid Rescarch Center (NETRC), with the assistance of the schools division personnel shall administer the Test of English Proltciency for Teachers (TEP") and Plocess Skills Test (PST) in Science and Mathemati6 to all Grades I and II publtc school teacheis. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7
The test shall be administered by cluster starting JanuaJ.J 29, 2012, all Sundays oI Februaiy, March and end on April 1, 2012. The NETRC shall provide the grouping of divisions per cluster and announce it through an Advisory-

The testing staff sha1l be composed of the division testing coordinator as chief examiner, education supervisors and elementary school heads as room exarniners.
The authodzed NETRC staf shd.ll deliver and retrieve the test materials and conduct orientation to the schools division personnel who sha]l assist i]1 the conduct of the test. The orientation shall be a day before the test.
