Why this business: We have chosen this business because our initial investment is low and expected revenues are high. There is no such company preparing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and 90% of Pharmaceutical Companies in Pakistan import APIs. Pakistan is importing more than 3 Billion dollars APIs each year and its a good opportunity for us to start this business because Pharmaceutical industry is rapidly growing in Pakistan.

Launching Plan: Due to competition of competitors in this industry, Life Bridge Chemicals will start a huge launching campaign. Life Bridge Chemicals will focus on these. Service Development Department: Life Bridge Chemicals will set Service Development Department, which will responsible for the co-ordination with Suppliers. Company owner/Procurement Managers Promotion: For the promotion of its services, the company will arrange some seminars and get to gathers and arranges meetings and buffet dinners. Technicians Training: For the promotion of its services, the company will provide after sale services to its customers for the period of one year. This is a good way for word of mouth advertising.

Physical Evidence: State of the art building having environmental friendly location at Gohar Center Wahdet Road Lahore. Having a theme of green color which show the nature in it and our nature of work.

Process:

People: Our employees are educated, skilled, trained and well dressed. Who have all the knowledge about the products, they know how to deal with the customer and solve their queries. We will provide time to time proper trainings to our employees to overcome the gaps. Marketing Strategies IMCS: Media Environment: We will advertise in Pharma Guide of Pakistan. Consumer Promotions: We will submit samples of APIs from various suppliers with their introduction. We will be responsible for the quality of material and handle rejected materials with patience.

Marketing communication & Program Options: We will participate in Pharmaceutical Expo in Karachi, and Lahore. Our directors will visit Pharmaceutical CPHI in India and China each year and meet with different suppliers to promote our business.

Personal Selling: Our marketing personal will visit to Import/Procurement managers of Pharmaceutical Companies and will give presentation on related suppliers.

Event Management: We will arrange Quality Conference every year in which we will invite Directors of different companies and those suppliers who are interested in Pakistan market.

Public Relations and Publicity: Diaries, Calendars, Pencil Boxes, Paper Weight. We will invite Import/Procurement Managers on dinner. We will send greeting cards on different occasions along with gifts especially on Eid.

Sales Promotion We are having two type of sales promotion which are as follow. If any customer purchase are services in bulk we will not charge them more then 1% commotion. If any customer make a deal with us we will donates 2% of our profit to Shukat Khanam Cancer Hospital. Competitors: The fear of competition is always an important factor for any business. As the customer and business increases in the market the competitors increases in the markets and the survival of business in the market becoming more difficult. As with other businesses, competition also affects the business of Competition is increasing now a days due to many factors. Direct Competitors Indirect Competitors

Direct Competitors: As Indentor of APIs we are providing different chemicals and thus have many competitors who are providing same services: GUDIA (Pvt) Ltd. Neon Chemicals. Causeway international.

Indirect Competitors: Traders present in India and China are also our indirect competitors who are directly dealing with Pakistani Pharmaceutical companies.

Next 5 Years Plan: We want to increase our business in all over the country. We want introduce our services to multinational pharmaceuticals companies. In next five years we want to increase our profit ratio.

Next 10 Year Plan: To increase in the chemical agencies agreements. We indent pharmaceutical machinery.

Next 15 Year Plan: We will go to forward integration and open our own pharmaceutical company.
