Provided coaching and leadership for a group of 14 professionals responsible for risk/impact analysis; comprehensive plan development and maintenance; testing; and quality assessment for all business units, including Branch Offices. Partnered with the business and information technologists to translate business unit requirements into inputs for the design of technology recovery solutions.
