ASSUMPTIONAND WARNING OF RISK

1. I acknowledge that the event is a hazardous activity and is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carry with it the potential of death, serious injury and property loss;

2. I understand that the Race presents extreme obstacles iasluding, but not limited to: rocks, mud pits, water, tire flip, tire run, log carry, wall climb, tunnel crawl, hay bale ciimb, mud run, ice tubs, swimmisg, fire, gladiators, crawling under barbed wire, slip-n-slide, and steep hills.
3. I acknowledge certain detrimental physiological changes may occur while i participate in the event, including but not limited to, heat related illness; abnormal heart beat; abnormal blood presslre; and, in rare instances, heart attack; 4.

I acknowledge that there may be motor vehicle fraffic, spectators, volunteers and other competitors on the evetrt course;
5. I further wanant and rq)resetrt that I am not now pregnant. I understand that I am prohibited from participating in the Race if I am prepant. 6. I agree that it is my responsibility to determine whether I am sufficiently fit, healthy, skilled and physically tained to safely participate in the Race. I hereby represent that I am in good health and in proper physical condition to safely participate in the Race. I certiff that I have no lnown or knowable physical or mental conditions that would a{fect my ability to safely participate in the Race, or that would result in my participation creating a risk of danger to myself or to others. I understand that

further certify that I have not been advised or cautioned otherwise by a medical practitioner. I I am strongly advised to consult a medical practitioner before participating, especially if I am disabled, or have recently suffered any illness, injury, or impairment. I attest that I am covered by medical insurance, individually or as part of an organization.

8. I agree not to consume alcohol or drugs prior to or during the Race or ingest auy medicines or substances that will hhibit my mental or physical ability to safely and effectively participate in the Race. I assume full responsibility for any injury or loss to myself or to otlers and for any damage to any personal or real properly associated with my use or consumption ofalcohol and/or drugs at any point prior to or during the Race. I hereby indemnifi and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined below) from any injury, loss, or damage described in this section. 9.

10. I voluntarily, expressly, and knowingly assume all of the risks of participating in the Race. I acknowledge and understand that these risks include, but are not limited to: falls; illness; infection; contact or collision with spectators, Race personnel, other participants, or pedestrians; negligent or wanton acts of other participants; contact or collision with motor vehicles or machinery; contact and the effects of contact with man-made and natural fixed objects; tenain, road and surface hazards; any defects or conditions ofthe Race course; and the effects ofweather Page
