1. Fade in INT. SIMPSON HOME - LIVING ROOM - DAY HOMER sits stoned face with his mouth agape. A river of drool down his shirt. He stares blankly at the smoking TV. BART walks by. Looks at Homer, then to TV, back to Homer. BART Dad, what happened to the TV? No response. Bart waves his hands in his face. SNAPS his fingers by his ears. BART Mom! I think dad's dead! Also the TV is broken. MARGE (O.S.) What? The cat is dead? BART No! The TV! LISA rushes in. LISA Snowball?! What happened to my cat? BART It's not your cat, It's dad. I think his brain broke. LISA What? No way. Bart grabs an umbrella and jabs Homer in his eye. See. BART

Homer falls to the floor. Marge enters. She GASPS. MARGE Oh my god! We better get your father to a hospital. Bart walks off. BART I'll get the wheel-barrel.

2. INT. HOSPITAL - HALLWAY - DAY NURSES hastily ferry Homer on a stretcher down a hallway. An oxygen mask over his face. Dr. NICK RIVIERA joins along. DR. NICK Nurse! What seems to be the problem? NURSE We dont know doctor. Weve never seen this before. HOMER TV... Need TV... DR. NICK I need two liters of snake oil, an E-meter, and jumper cables stat! NURSE But doctor those wontDR. NICK Damn it woman! Do you want this man to live or not? INT. HOSPITAL - HOMERS ROOM - DAY Homer lies in a bed. His family by his side. His eyes open. MARGE Oh Homey, Im so glad youre okay. HOMER What happened? Where am I? Dr. Nick enters. DR. NICK Hello everybody! ALL Hi Dr. Nick! Dr. Nick reads from a clipboard.

3. DR. NICK It seems you've been suffering from Telioneurosis. Induced by a lack of TV. LISA Lack of TV? Can we get a real doctor in here? DR. NICK Aw, aren't you cute? Here, you can play with this. Dr. Nick hands Lisa a syringe. DR. NICK Now Homer, I recommend you stay here and watch as much television as you can until you recover. HOMER If you think thats whats best. Dr. Nick turns on TV. CLOSE UP ON HOSPITAL TV DUB-STEP music. Flashing lights. A thunderous voice blares out. TV VOICE (V.O.) The future is here! In Springfield. This weekend only! Images of high-tech cars and SUPER MODELS in skimpy outfits. Flat screen TVs. Phones. Laptops. A Toaster. TV VOICE (V.O.) Its INTEROD! INTEROD appears on screen. Fireworks explode in the background. TV VOICE (V.O.) First ever tech convention in Springfield. Buy tickets now! Now! NOW!

4. BACK TO HOSPITAL ROOM BART Well Im sold. LISA Theyre even featuring the new electric car from Tulsa. HOMER Oh please. Flashy music and colors? Only idiots would fall for this. TV VOICE (V.O.) Free beer and food for all! Homers eyes widen. He springs up. HOMER To Interod! LISA BART

MARGE Hold on, is it safe for him to leave doctor? DR. NICK How the hell should I know? He walks out. HUMS a dandy tune. EXT. CONVENTION CENTER - DAY A sign sits atop the building, it reads: Sign pending copyright lawsuit INT. TECH CONVENTION - DAY Techno MUSIC and dancing lights. Hundreds of PATRONS walk about the convention. Many booths feature various gadgets. Bart stops by a booth with a MAN in DOG COSTUME. BART So what is it you sell? DOG MAN Why cryptocurrency of course!

5. BART Crypto what? DOG MAN Every heard of Bitecoin? Its the money of the future! BART If a grown man needs to wear a costume to sell me anything. I know its a scam. Bart walks off. The Dog Man cuts him off. DOG MAN You dont know what youre missing kid. Bitecoin will make you rich! Bite THIS! BART

Bart knees Dog Man in the crotch. He contorts in pain and falls to the floor. TV BOOTH Homer gawks at a gigantic flat screen TV. He's in the zone. Drool drips down his chin. On TV: Sexy girls dancing seductively Homer! MARGE (O.S.)

Homer turns to Marge. He runs over and grabs her. HOMER Can we get that TV. Please please please! MARGE There's no way we can afford it. Plus its way too big. LENNY walks by. LENNY That's what she said! Homer high fives Lenny. Marge GRUMBLES and rolls her eyes.

6. TULSA CAR FLOOR SMITHERS studies a sleek compact car. He's unimpressed. A suave SALESMAN walks up to him. SALESMAN You like what you see? SMITHERS (Defensive) Wha-What are you saying? Im just looking at cars! Who told you? SALESMAN Uh, I was talking about the car. SMITHERS Oh. Yes. Of course. The car. Smithers scurries away. Lisa looks into a car. Her hands and face planted on the window. LISA Wow. Its even better in person. The Salesman approaches her. SALESMAN Shes a beaut alright. LISA Its too bad its so expensive. My parents would never buy an EV. SALESMAN The Tulsa basically pays for itself. And you cant put a price on clean air and zero emissions. Theres a COMMOTION behind. Lisa turns. Homer runs by. Hi Lisa! HOMER

Following behind is Bart and 4 SECURITY GUARDS. Marge runs up to Lisa. LISA Mom! Mom! Can we get this car?

7. MARGE Not now honey. Your father kicked a dog mascot in the you-know-where. We gotta go. They run off. Salesman makes a phone call. SALESMAN (Into Phone) The eagle has landed. I repeat the eagle has- No I said eagle not regal. See this is why we email. EXT. CONVENTION CENTER - DAY Sign hanging on building now reads: Owned by Apple The Simpsons run out. Protesters stand in the way. Homer charges through. Knocks them down. HOMER Out of my way! Lisa helps up FREDDIE, a cute teenager with blue eyes and orange hair. LISA Im so sorry about that. My dad could be so careless. Lisa notices his dazzling looks. Thanks. Lisa is speechless. FREDDIE You alright? LISA Oh Im sorry. Uh, Im Lisa. FREDDIE I'm Freddie. Nice to meet you. LISA So Freddie, what is it you're all protesting? A PROTESTER butts in. FREDDIE

8. PROTESTER Its that evil company Tulsa. Were letting everyone know about their crappy cars. LISA Tulsa? But I like them. FREDDIE You havent heard? Their cars have been catching on fire. LISA What? I never heard of that. Homer pulls up with car. HOMER Lisa! Stop talking with your hippy friends and get in the car. FREDDIE Here take this. He hands Lisa a pink flier. FREDDIE We hold meetings every Thursday. Drop by sometime. Thanks. LISA

Homer HONKS. Lisa gets in the car. LISA It was nice meeting you! FREDDIE See you soon Lisa. Freddie winks at her. Lisa swoons. Security guard rush out. SECURITY GUARD There he is! Get him. Homer speeds off. Suckers! HOMER

9. EXT. WAREHOUSE - DAY Lisa rides her bike to a rundown rusty building. LISA Hello? Anybody here? A door swings open and a hand pulls Lisa into.. INT. WAREHOUSE - CONTINUOUS A large open building. Cubicles with desks encircle a large rectangular table. A giant AL GORE poster on wall. FREDDIE Lisa! So glad you made it. Welcome to our headquarters. LISA Wow. What is all this? FREDDIE Were an online activist group. We fight for the Earth, animal rights, gay rights, and communism. Freddie shows Lisa around. Activist sit on computers typing away. FREDDIE We do most of campaigning online. The more likes and upvotes we get the closer we get to our goals. We're a thousand likes away from getting a boy a heart transplant. They stop at a large table. Activist sit with ski masks on. FREDDIE Tonight, however, we're gonna sneak into the Tulsa factory and sabotage their operations. LISA Sabotage? Im up for rallies and bake sales. Maybe even a hunger strike. But this is a little much. FREDDIE Come on, this is your chance to really do something.

10. Freddie grabs her hand. FREDDIE Lisa. We need you. She blushes. Thinks for a moment. LISA Okay. I'll do it. INT. SIMPSON HOUSE - DINING ROOM The family grub down on food. A portable TV in front of Homer. Lisa in all black attire. MARGE Do you really need the TV in here? HOMER Marge! How can you be so insensitive? MARGE Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot you had such a debilitating illness. HOMER Thank you. Glad you understand. Close up On TV: EXT. STREET - DAY KEN BROCKMAN stands next to a Tulsa car. KENT (O.S.) Kent Brockman here with a special report on the Tulsa car. SNAKE sneaks behind the car with a crowbar. KENT (O.S.) Many have called it the car of the future. It is now one of the top selling cars in the country. Even I had to get one myself. Snake breaks into Kent's car. KENT (O.S.) Just look here at this beautiful-

11. The car speeds off. Kent turns around. KENT (O.S.) Oh mother fuLisa turns off TV. Pull back to.. DINING ROOM HOMER Hey! I was watching that. LISA I'm gonna be heading out for a bit. Don't wait up for me. Be safe. Lisa walks out. BART Oh come on. She can just waltz out wearing that get-up? If anyone needs me, I'll be in my room. Bart storms off. HOMER What's gotten in to them? Maggie SHRUGS. EXT. TULSA FACTORY - NIGHT A giant factory surrounded by barbed wire fencing. Freddie, Lisa, and other Activist sneak up to the fence. They crawl through an opening. FREDDIE We're almost there. LISA Is there no security guards? FREDDIE Don't worry, we got that end covered. MARGE

12. SIDE OF FACTORY Two bound SECURITY GUARDS on the floor. SECURITY GUARD 1 And that was when I got my second vasectomy. SECURITY GUARD 2 Is this really the time to be telling me this? SECURITY GUARD 1 Well maybe if you'd talk to me more often! EXT. TULSA FACTORY - NIGHT Lisa and the others sneak along the building to an air-vent. Freddie screws it open. FREDDIE Okay Lisa, youre gonna have to crawl through and open the doors from the inside. Got it? LISA You sure this is safe? Of course. FREDDIE

Lisa climbs in. Freddie closes the vent. The cover panel reads: DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE INT. TULSA FACTORY - AIR VENT - NIGHT Lisa crawls through. LISA (Into walkie-talkie) Its a little tight in here. How long does this go on for? FREDDIE (O.S.) Just a little more. You're doing good. Lisa crawls for a little more than CRACK! The vent breaks. She SCREAMS as she falls into..

13. FACTORY FLOOR Lisa lands on a pile of bags. She crawls out. Blinding lights shine on her from all directions. A man shrouded in shadow appears. POLICE by his side. MYSTERIOUS MAN Well well well... well. What do we have here? Hi? LISA

MYSTERIOUS MAN Take here away. INT. COURTHOUSE - DAY Lisa at the witness stand. A stern LAWYER stands before her. Lisas lawyer GIL sits, biting his teeth. Her family behind him. LAWYER And what about this Freddie you keep going on about? We cant seem to find any evidence of him at all. LISA I stand by my statement. LAWYER So you joined this group willingly? LISA Yes. It was my choice. LAWYER Then you are aware that this group funneled money to the communist!? The courtroom GASPS. Objection! GIL

JUDGE SNYDER Sustained. Does the prosecution have further questions? LAWYER The prosecution rests.

14. MOMENTS LATER A JUROR hands Snyder the verdict. JUDGE SNYDER The jury has found the defendant Lisa Simpson guilty of all charges. I hereby sentence you to five years in Juvenile hall. CHATTER from the courtroom. Marge CRIES into her hands. GIL Ah geeze. Isnt that a tad bit excessive your honour? JUDGE SNYDER I'm sorry, but my hands are tied on this issue. I mean- I've said too much. That will be all. He BANGS down his gavel. Two OFFICERS escort Lisa out. MARGE Oh sweetie. Well make sure to visit when we can! HOMER My daughter a communist. My own daughter! Damn you Gorbachev! Homer WEEPS. The family embrace each other. EXT. PRISON - DAY A SIGN reads: SPRINGFIELD CORRECTIONAL FACILITY: No longer accepting Midgets A prisoner bus enters through steel gates. INT. PRISON CELL - DAY Lisa enters cell. It's dark. She's nervous. Someone sits up from lower bunk. Hello? LISA

NICKY enters the light. A teenager with frizzy hair and wears a beige jump suit.

15. Lisa lightens up. NICKY Hey there newbie. Name's Nicky. LISA Oh, Hi. My name's Lisa. NICKY Lisa huh? You can take the top bunk. And don't worry about your jumpsuit you'll get a beige one soon enough. LISA I kinda like this color actually. I don't usually wear orange but it's really grown on me. NICKY Suit yourself. You're just gonna stand out more. If you need anything, feel free to ask. LISA Oh, then you wouldnt happen to have an extra toothbrush would you? NICKY You can share mine. Nicky presents a dirty yellow toothbrush. Lisa is disgusted. LISA I think I'll get my own. INT. SIMPSON HOUSE - FRONT DOOR - DAY Bart struts by the front door, WHISTLING. A piece of paper slips through the mail slot. Bart stops and picks it up. A GLOBE is etched on the card. BART Well what have we here? It reads: Head to the abandoned warehouse, bring your dad. As if. BART

Bart walks away. Another note slips through.

16. Bart picks it up: No really. Go there. It's about your sister. BART What's in it for me? A note slips through: JUST LISTEN TO ME AND GO! BART Geeze. Alright, no need to yell. INT. SIMPSON HOUSE - KITCHEN - DAY Marge and Homer sit at the breakfast table. MARGE This is a like a nightmare. Five whole years. I don't know if I can take it. HOMER Don't worry honey we'll get a new TV soon. MARGE I was talking about our daughter. Bart rushes in. BART Mom! Dad! I think I found a way to get Lisa out. MARGE I told you. We are not breaking into jail. BART I got these weird notes saying we should go to the warehouse. HOMER Notes? From who? BART I don't know. But this confirms my suspicions about the whole thing; the quick arrest and trial, the speedy conviction. Something fishy is going on. Homer and Marge stare at him wide-eyed. Confused.

17. BART Hey, if anyone knows the justice system. It's me. HOMER Well, can't argue you there. BART I'm gonna get to the bottom of this. Bart marches out. MARGE You better go after him. HOMER Do I have to? MARGE It's not like you have a TV to watch. HOMER Must you rub it in woman?! Homer storms out, CRYING. INT. PRISON - CAFETERIA - DAY Lisa in line to receive lunch. A tray in her hand. A SERVER plops down a spoonful of green pudding. LISA Is this vegetarian? SERVER Depends on what you consider meat. Lisa SIGHS and leaves the line. She looks around the hall. NICKY Lisa over here! She finds Nicky sitting with GLASSES. Lisa joins them. LISA Thanks. I was afraid I wouldn't find a seat. And this food is disgusting; I don't know how I'll get used to it.

18. Nicky and GLASSES stare coldly into her. LISA What? I mean look at it? Im sure you're probably used to it though. GLASSES runs away, CRYING. NICKY Oh yeah, probably should have told you she works in the kitchen. LISA Oh no. I didnt mean toNICKY Dont worry, It's not like she'll starve you or anything. She'll get over it. LISA Oh. Great. Anything else I should know about? NICKY You should maybe watch out for her. Nicky points across the cafeteria to: KELLY, a big teenager with a shaved head. She dangles MINDY over a wash bucket. Mindy looks exactly like Milhouse but with long hair. Kelly dunks her head in repeatedly. KELLY Stop wetting yourself. (Dunks Girl) Stop wetting yourself. Mindy COUGHS. KELLY That's what you get for making fun of my hair. MINDY But you don't have hair. KELLY You don't learn do you? Kelly dunks her in. The girl squirms around.

19. BACK TO LISA AND NICKY LISA Shouldn't we help her? NICKY Count me out. I just had my hair done. INT. PRISON CELL - NIGHT Lisa lies awake in her bed. She looks out the window to the stars. Sadness washes over her. She peeks off her bunk. LISA Psst. Nicky you awake? NICKY Yeah, are you? LISA Um, yes? I was just feeling a bit lonely. Wanted someone to talk to. What's up? NICKY

LISA You've been really helpful since I've been here. I just wanted to say thanks. NICKY Hey, we all need a friend. I know how it is to be new. Nicky sits up from her bed. NICKY So I have to ask; how did someone like you end up here? LISA I tried to sabotage a multi-million dollar electric car company. NICKY Good stuff. Lisa SIGHS.

20. LISA I can't keep doing this. I always try to do what's best and follow what I believe in. I never meant to leave my family. They probably hate me. Lisa SOBS. Nicky sits beside her and comforts her. NICKY Oh come on, that's no reason to cry. You should be proud. You followed what you believed in. You're like Susan B. Anthony or Martha Stewart. WAREHOUSE - DAY Homer and Bart sneak around a corner. They reach the warehouse door. A padlock and yellow tape close it off. Bart takes out a can of FOUR LOKO. He shakes it and places it by the door. They take cover. Green liquid and foam explode from the can. The lock and door handle melt off. BART Alright lets go. They head through the door. Homer licks the green foam. HOMER Mmmm. Burning. NICKY

21. INT. WAREHOUSE - CONTINUOUS Homer and Bart enter. Flashlights in hand. The place is empty. HOMER You sure this is the place? BART For the fifth time, yes! They walk around. searching every corner with their lights. CLANK! Homer kicks his shin against a metal plate. Son of a-! Look dad! HOMER BART

Bart blows dirt off the plate. A GLOBE is painted on it. BART This is the same globe I saw on those cards. HOMER Looks kinda familiar. I know I've seen this somewhere. Bart jumps on the plate repeatedly. The ground SHAKES. Whoops. BART

BART What's happening!? Homer and Bart cower back. A high-tech elevator rises from the ground. Its doors open. Oh snap. HOMER

BART Do we get on? HOMER I don't see why not. They get on the elevator. It lowers.

22. EXT. PRISON YARD - DAY Lisa sits in a patch of grass. A ladybug lands on her hand. LISA Hi misses lady bug. I see youre orange just like me. A shadow casts over Lisa. The ladybug takes off. It's Kelly. KELLY Lookie here. Fresh meat. LISA You're that bully that everyone's scared of. Well just to let you know. I'm not. KELLY I'm flattered you even know me. Still gotta beat you up though. Kelly grabs her collar and lifts her up. Lisa's courage fades. KELLY Any last words before I pummel you? LISA (Points behind Kelly) Look over there! It's Justin Beiber. KELLY Oh please, I'm not into other girls. Kelly winds up to punch. Lisa closes her eyes. The fist coming in slow motion, then... WHAM! Nicky tackles Kelly from behind. They tumble on the ground. Lisa, run! Lisa runs off. Nicky kicks Kelly then joins along Lisa. You okay? NICKY NICKY

23. LISA Yeah, it's a good thing she decided to punch me in slow motion. An alarm RINGS. Guards rush out into the yard. Behind them is a mustached man in a suit. The WARDEN. Nicky stops and gets to the ground. Lisa continues to run. NICKY Lisa wait! You need to get down. Lisa looks around the yard. All the PRISONERS are on the ground. Lisa gets down. She turns to Nicky. Shes surrounded by guards. The Warden approaches her. WARDEN Why am I not surprised to see you? NICKY Maybe you just like seeing me. WARDEN Don't flatter yourself. Put her into solitary confinement. The guards pick her up. Lisa stands and rushes to the warden. LISA Wait! It wasnt her fault! NICKY Lisa no! Its okay. LISA She didnt start the fight. WARDEN You even having newbies standing up for you now Nicky? I thought more of you. NICKY I didn't know you thought about me. The Warden's face turns read. WARDEN You little- Put them both in confinement!

24. GUARD But sir, it wouldnt be solitary confinement if we put them both in. WARDEN Then put them in different cells! INT. SUPER SECRET UNDERGROUND FORTRESS - HALLWAY - DAY Bart and Homer walk down a hallway. Stainless steel, cold, and dimly lit. Homer is tired. HOMER Weve been walking for hours. I can't do this any longer. BART Its only been thirty minutes. Far behind them the sound of ROARING water. Bart stops. BART Do you hear that? Hear what? HOMER

The CRASHING grows loader. BART Dad, I think we need to hurry. HOMER You go on ahead. Im just gonna lay down here for a bit. Homer lays down. The rushing water now in view. Cheese it! BART

Homer SCREAMS as the water engulfs him. Bart runs. Hes not fast enough. The water swallows them and drags them down a.. WATER DRAIN Bart rides it like a slide. He's having a blast. Homer bounces around as he goes down. Bangs head multiple times. His SCREAMS muffled under the water. The water empties them out into..

25. INT. COMMAND CENTER - CONTINUOUS The water drains away. Homer, now in his underwear, SLAMS into the ground. Bart lands on top of him. They stand up. BART Dad what happened to your clothes? HOMER I have no idea. A red chair sits at the end of the room. Its surrounded by monitors and control panels. MYSTERY MAN (O.S.) Its good to see you again Homer. The red chair turns. Bart and Homer GASP. Its HANK SCORPIO. A bearded middle aged man in jeans and a sports-coat. INT. PRISON - SOLITARY CELL - DAY A heavy metal door closes behind Lisa. Nicky in a cell across. They talk through the door windows. NICKY You didn't have to do that. LISA Neither did you. You could have gotten hurt. (Pauses) Thanks though. NICKY I guess we're both a bit dumb huh? LISA Speak for yourself. They LAUGH. A Guard BANGS his night-stick against the wall. GUARD (O.S.) Quiet down in there, I'm trying to polish off my night stick.

26. INT. COMMAND CENTER - DAY SCORPIO I'll get straight to the point. Homer, I want you to work for me again. HOMER Look Mr. Scorpion, I quit that job for my family. If they were dead, then maybe I'd think about it. SCORPIO That can be arranged. BART Hold on, you actually want my dad to work with you? SCORPIO As you know, I plan to rule the world. But to accomplish that, I need reliable people. BART Homer? Reliable? Bart CRACKS up. Why you! HOMER

Homer chokes Bart. Bart GASPS for air. SCORPIO I would compensate you fairly. And of course, release your daughter. HOMER So it was your doing?! Hold on, why didnt you just come over and ask? SCORPIO Its tough being a super villain. And you know how the government is. Your daughter was just leverage. Isnt that right, Freddie? A metal door slides open and Freddie walks out. BART Wait, how did you know we'd be at that convention?

27. SCORPIO You really think your TV broke all by itself? HOMER You bastards. BART That just brings up more questions. SCORPIO Enough! Now to show you just how serious I am. Freddie. Freddie pushes a button on the wall. Close up on monitor: EXT. HIGHWAY - TULSA CAR - CONTINUOUS HANS MOLE MAN driving. The car BEEPS. A red light blinks. The car bursts into flame. Oh dear. MOLE MAN

The car swerves into a semi truck. The truck swerves and flips onto its side. A dozen cars crash and pile up. Mole Man crashes through a railing and lands into a shallow river. The car EXPLODES into a giant mushroom cloud. BACK TO COMMAND CENTER Scorpio LAUGHS menacingly. SCORPIO Wanna give it a try Homer? BART Dad, these guys are dangerous, we should go. Homer sees a button on wall: Self Destruct: DO NOT PUSH HOMER No Bart, this may be the only way to save your sister. Homer walks up to Scorpio.

28. HOMER Okay, Ill work with you. SCORPIO You made a wise choice old friend. HOMER Ill work with you in hell! Homer lunges for the button. He slips onto his back. D'oh! Bart face-palms. SCORPIO The hell was that? HOMER Boy the button! Push the button! Bart charges for the button. Freddie lunges at him. Bart dodges and makes for the panel. CLICK. Alarms RING. LOUD SPEAKER (V.O.) T-minus 2 minutes until detonation. SCORPIO You fool. You'll kill us all! HOMER Or die trying! Rock and stone hail from the ceiling. Homer and Bart run through a door and into a... HALLWAY The elevator door at the far end. The walls close in behind them. Bart makes it in elevator. Homer still behind. BART Faster dad! Homer leaps and slides down the hallway on his stomach. He smashes head first into the elevator wall. The doors close. HOMER

29. INT. ELEVATOR - CONTINUOUS Elevator MUSIC plays. Homer lies unconscious. INT./EXT. WAREHOUSE - CONTINUOUS Elevator doors open. Bart drags Homer away as the ground caves in. The warehouse collapses in a heap of rubble. Bart and Homer are a safe distance away. Homer awakes. Bart is out of breath. HOMER Was that all just a dream? BART No dad. That really just happened. HOMER So we rode naked on giant birds into the sun? BART That part was a dream. Police cars pull up to the warehouse. The rubble stirs. Scorpio and Freddie burst out with jet-packs and fly off.
