A GRANDFATHERS ENCOURAGEMENT To Our Next Generation The bad news: this is a tome; a comprehensive, semi-scholarly one of over 2,000 pages. The good news: you dont have to read it all. Out of duty to you---our next generation--I had to go down every rabbit hole I could find, but you dont have to. You can come down with me as you choose. Ive listed the Chapters below as the deepest rabbit holes. Perspective Summary This presentation is only one perspective of how the world actually works. The source of this perspective is a 73 year-old grandfather who does not claim to have it all figured out. This perspective is offered simply as one reference point among many that you--our next generation---can use, not use, or modify---to help you develop your own unique perspective of how the world actually works. There is a substantial urgency that you get to work right now to develop your own perspective of the world. Its just like all those nature films youve seen of herds grazing and suddenly, all heads come up and look intently in the same direction, sensing danger. In the case of you---our next generation---I think you are grazing right now, meaning that youre concentrating on your immediate situation. As your temporary surrogate grandfather, I want you to stop what you are doing, look up at me, and please listen: You are being drawn into a trap. You can save yourself and your entire generation if you will just trust me enough to temporarily suspend your disbelief about what Im about to tell you and get organized: You are surrounded today by a high wall of false reality that was very, very gradually and carefully constructed after the American Revolution ended with the Treaty of Paris in 1784 and after the U.S. Constitution became the law of the land in 1789. If you ever gave it any thought, did you really believe that the powers that controlled the American colonies were going to just give up and allow America to break away from the long feudal era of rule by monarchies? Did you really believe that these powers that be would just give up and allow America to set a new precedent of government deriving its power from the consent of the governed? And that the world should hereinafter believe that the purpose of governments is to secure the rights of the individual? Think about it! Here you have the British monarchy in the late 1700s that had an Empire spread all across the world and that had wealth beyond imagination. And against that colossal wealth and power, you had the tiny, rebellious, breakaway United States of America (population 2.8 million) with no accumulated wealth whatever. It was a miracle that General George Washington was able to scrape enough money together from the thirteen colonies to fend off the British Army. As it was, he may not have won the final battle at Yorktown, Virginia without an emergency loan arranged by one Haym Solomon, who represented a mysterious power you will be introduced to shortly.

Now in any real world you can imagine, do you really believe that the British monarchy would just give up and allow the vast resources and enormous future trading profits of America slip through its fingers? Think about this! The British monarchy was positioned on an island of 89,000 square miles, offshore the European continent, and America turned out to be an astounding 43 times larger than Great Britain, 3.8 million square miles, to be specific. And over time, when the British monarchy realized how large America actually was, do you really think it was not going to move heaven and earth to get America back under its control? Well, the fact is, thats just exactly what it did. It found another way that didnt require subduing the former American colonists by force of arms. Youre shaking your head, but why would you dismiss this fact immediately---even before you gave it any thought? Because you never heard of this before? Stay with me. The reason you are in the dark is because a concealed power working in the shadows behind the British monarchy, very, very gradually and carefully constructed a high wall of false reality that surrounds you today. And that wall is maintained by todays American media, American education, and the American entertainment industry. Every source that provides you with information is just part of a long-established and complex propaganda system owned by this concealed power, and is designed to keep you grazing like a herd and not looking up. Even our alternative media is infiltrated and every blogger knows not to cross certain lines if they want to stay in business. It was all done by deep bribery beyond your imagination, and other time-tested tools of the British Empire playbook, which included fraud, coercion, deadly violence and assassination. Furthermore, the information you receive from your position inside this high wall of false reality is not just passive messages to keep you grazing; it includes a powerful and steady stream of psychological warfare coming at you from all angles. What psychological warfare? Well, how about assassinations of our high public officials? Multiple wars? Bribing all U.S. officeholders to run the government like a theater of the absurd? Engineering financial panics? Getting everyone into debt up to their eyeballs and many losing their homes? Wouldnt that be psychological warfare? Wearing down the sense of solidarity of the American people, wearing down your belief in government derived from the consent of the governed, wearing down your belief in your individual rights, wearing down your personal identity, wearing down your family bonds, wearing down your faith in your religion, wearing down your sense of morality, wearing down your belief in yourself, and wearing down any sense of trust that has always been the most fundamental bond that holds a society together. Thats psychological warfare. You see, what happened in 1776 is very important to grasp: our forefathers and foremothers launched a natural evolutionary advance of the human species. And this was the worst nightmare of the British monarchy; and of the concealed power behind the monarchy that controlled and has prolonged the long feudal era; a concealed power that was and is accumulating wealth in amounts that are beyond your imagination.

From the perspective of the British monarchy and the concealed power behind it, the American colonists were a minuscule, rebellious bunch of fire-ants, who, initially, had no wealth to speak of, but here they were trying to lead the human race out of the feudal era and status quo that was the source of colossal profits and privileges for the tiny number of Old World families who held positions of power in that feudal system. Is this line of reasoning still hard for you to accept? Heres another way to look at it. What do you think this speculation concerning the 2012 Mayan prophesies is all about? Isnt it the belief we all share that the human species advances gradually in a natural, evolutionary manner to a higher social intelligence, higher social consciousness, and to a higher level of spirituality? Arent we imbedded with these yearnings that point us to long-term survivability, which includes protecting our planetary home? And dont these yearnings point us to a quality of life that includes the preservation of our individual rights and government derived by the consent of the governed to protect these rights? The bottom line is that there is tremendous pent up energy caused by this collective yearning for a natural, evolutionary advance, but which we sense is blocked for some unknown set of conditions. Accordingly, would you temporarily give consideration to the possibility that the mysterious impediment is actually a concealed and well-organized power intentionally blocking any advance? Not exactly all of humankind is being blocked from a natural evolutionary advance. There are a growing number of the worlds populations who have slipped the noose of this concealed power. They are forming their own separate social and economic alliances, including, but not limited to: The Shanghai Cooperation Organization: full members--China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Less than full members are classified as (i) the Observer States of Afghanistan, India, Iran, Mongolia, and Pakistan; (ii) the Dialogue Partners of Belarus, Sri Lanka. and Turkey. All are connected to the Shanghai Cooperative Organization, which is an economically healthy arrangement for these world populations, with personal income more fairly distributed than in those countries controlled by the concealed power. BRIC: Brazil, Russia, India, China. An economically healthy environment. Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas: Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Dominica, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Saint Lucia. An economically healthy environment. James Wolfensohn Spills the Beans About This Concealed Powers Greatest Nightmare Every so often the high wall of false reality will spring a leak. In this case, it was a tell of the concealed powers greatest nightmare. James Wolfensohn is the source of this tell. He spoke at Stanford University in late January of 2010 to a group of graduate

students about an extraordinary global shift that is already well underway. As background, Wolfensohn was appointed the head of the World Bank in 1995 and served in that position for ten years. An interesting fact about his background is that his father was employed by the Rothschild family through the French branch under James Armand de Rothschild before leaving Europe for Australia in 1928. Wolfensohn stated that the world is engaged in a rapid change in the distribution of wealth, which is obviously a threat to the concealed powers future. This is the kind of information that doesnt usually get heard by you and me who live inside the high wall of false reality. This information is too sensitive for our consumption. Essentially, Wolfensohns thesis is explained in his population and distribution of wealth projections: Before 2000 6 billion people By 2050 9 billion people
How will the wealth of the worlds population be distributed? Before 2000 1.0 billion people owned 80% 5.0 billion owned 20% 6.0 billion In 2010 but now its down to 70% but now its up to 30% By 2050 1.1 billion will own 35% 7.9 billion will own 65% 9.0 billion
Wolfensohn stated that the distribution of the worlds wealth is shifting faster and power relationships between countries are also beginning to shift quickly. He mentioned Chinas current Gross Domestic Product (GDP) annual growth rate is 8.1% vs. the official U.S. GDP annual growth rate of 2.2% (which is actually minus 2%) and that by 2050, China and India, together, will account for 50% of the worlds GDP. This is exactly the kind of anxiety the concealed power working behind the British monarchy felt in the middle and late 1800s, when industrial growth in Germany and America was outstripping the production of the British Empire and, consequently, this concealed power crafted its schemes to foment two wars in a row---WWI and WWII---to pit British rivals against one another and give the concealed power the time to get America fully back under its control to preserve its world dominance. Getting its private bank attached to, and in control of, Americas financial system through the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was part of that series of concealed schemes. Wolfensohn was now conceding a similar nightmare scenario that once again imperils the concealed powers world dominance and one-world government aspirations. Now can you grasp why there is talk about an upcoming World War III? Can you begin to understand that the concealed power is trying to foment that war, first in Syria and Iran, and causing it to spread to Russia, China and their allies? As of November 2012, the U.S. military had three aircraft carrier battle groups near Syria and Iran. And Israel has been pushing America hard to launch an attack on Iran. Can you sense that this concealed power is in a panic and can you sense that it is actually on its last legs? It has unimaginable wealth, but it is losing its grip. Its only hope is to spark a war---the U.S. military vs. the concealed powers rivals, China and Russia. To the concealed powers dread, the U.S. military is resisting being drawn into a new war, especially a war guaranteed to escalate to a vast scale involving nuclear weapons. The trademark of this concealed power is that it foments wars for profit and domination. This power is the mother of all criminal enterprises and your control of your own destiny is at risk. What Can You Do? First, like that grazing herd, you all have to get your heads up and figure out whats actually going on around you. If you dont, you are going to lose control of your destiny and this concealed criminal enterprise will drag you and generations after you back into the long, long feudal age of serfdom from where this power came. For example, would you like to be drafted to participate in their World War III scheme? Second, you have to reach for what fighter pilots call high situational awareness. There is no more kidding around when you find yourself in such a high risk environment---its all deadly serious from here on. Heres the situation you face---and this is not going to be pretty: The American government----the Administration, the Congress, and the Supreme Court, as well as all state governments and all vital American institutions have long ago fallen under the control of this concealed power. This was accomplished by the use of a time-tested playbook developed in the time of the Roman Empire and evolved through later monarchies, from the time of Venetian maritime power, all the way up to the British monarchy. Machiavellis The Prince is just the tip of the iceberg; this playbook is big league stuff and makes Machiavelli seem like a choirboy. It runs the gamut from highly complex planning that is nothing less than intrigues, within intrigues within intrigues; to many-layered intelligence-gathering; to the highest level of fraudulent activity; to intense psychological warfare against entire populations; to truly deep and massive bribery; to many versions of coercion; to even more versions of deadly violence; and on to the systematic murder of dissidents; and finally to periodic public assassinations of high officials. The total impact of this playbook is that the concealed power is the only real source of terrorism in the world. All the other criminal enterprises across the world are minor league players and follow the concealed powers instructions if they want to survive to take their cut. By the use of its playbook, this concealed power gradually prepared America for recapture and finally got the noose completely around our necks on December 23rd, 1913, when it engineered the passage of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. In so doing, and with the help of conspiring Eastern Establishment families, the biggest heads of American business, and the highest American government officials, the concealed power attached its own private

bank to the American financial system like a suction cup to rob the American people blind and make unimaginable new profits by siphoning off Americas financial resources. In other words, the American people were completely sold out by the wealthiest American families in banking, business, and government in 1913. We lost our national sovereignty at that moment on December 23rd, 1913 and became re-colonized. Now are your surprised that the chairman of the concealed powers private bank, the Federal Reserve, could keep the American people in the dark for two years after the 2008 financial crisis and secretly divert $16.3 trillion dollars of American taxpayer money and credit to the concealed powers insolvent global banking system? $16.3 trillion dollars to foreign banks, central banks of foreign countries, and the concealed powers transnational corporations, all while not a penny of the $16.3 trillion went to revitalize the real American economy, to attack the employment disaster, or to address the home foreclosure crisis. The amount stolen from the American people was so large that it could have paid off our entire current national debt. It was looting beyond imagination and the U.S. government participated in the looting because it is 100% owned by, and reports to, this concealed power. Now for the really bad news. None of Americas ordeals are happening by accident---it is all following the concealed powers long-term plan referred to by its Council of Foreign Relations as a controlled disintegration of the economies of the remaining nation-states controlled by the concealed power. It is orchestrating this controlled disintegration through its global networks, the visible segments of which are the Council of Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, the (British ) Royal Institute of International Affairs, renamed Chatham House (and the parent of the Council of Foreign Relations), Club of Rome, Club of the Isles, Pilgrims Society, Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies, the Group of 30, and dozens of other associated elements of the network. My research leads me to believe that everyone listed as members of these entities work for this concealed power and are particularly focused on bringing about the disintegration of the American economy and the economies of the European Union nation-states. Until proven as such, I will refer to members of this network as persons of interest. But how could this be? Whats actually going on? Well, in the late 1970s, the concealed power saw the handwriting on the wall. It was reacting to the projections of major shifts in growth and wealth distribution. The highly profitable feudal era status quo was beginning to falling apart. The concealed power panicked and, starting with the Reagan Administration in 1981, it set the controlled disintegration into motion. You can now see the results of their concealed plan, namely, the advancing collapse of the American economy and the economies of the European Union member-states. It all began with President Reagan calling massive tax cuts for the rich (fraudulently characterized as tickle-down economics), and coupled with a massive increase in defense spending to counteract another fraudulent cover story sold to the public of the Soviet Unions growing military threat level. The combined impact of a huge drop in tax revenues and huge new military expenditures was straight out of the concealed powers playbook for weakening the American economy and its financial strength. Under the instructions of the concealed power, one U.S. president after another brought America up to its debt level of $16+ trillion (as of late November 2012).

Do you see it? This is what controlled disintegration looks like. It is simply the result of bribery in amounts that defy your imagination, flowing to U.S. Administrations, the U.S. Congress, and U.S. Secretaries of the Treasury, and Federal Reserve chairman all taking instructions from the concealed power to run up the national debt until it is so large it cannot ever be repaid, creating the debt-dependency that is the concealed powers tool of coercion. The very same thing is happening with the European Union nationstates----they have also been driven by the concealed power to complete debtdependency. The next phase of the controlled disintegration is instructions from the concealed power to the governments it controls to start squeezing the social and economic life out of their nation-state populations by requiring: (i) severe cuts in wages and benefits of public and private employees, (ii) massive reductions in the social safety nets, (iii) ending union collective bargaining rights, and so on, while simultaneously (iv) causing the transnational corporations it also controls to artificially raise prices. You see this clearly in the rising prices of food, energy, and pharmaceuticals, among other sectors where this power has monopoly control. And how does the concealed powers playbook work to force the continued social and economic disintegration? One of its minions, Deutsche Bank CEO Josef Ackermann, explained in a presentation to the Atlantic Council that: ...only when the panic reaches a fever pitch, will political leaders agree to the entire package desired by the banks. Precisely this threat was built up by the media and politicians in the days before the EU summit. Monti spoke of a threatened apocalypse, George Soros of an imminent crash. This controlled disintegration combines debt dependency, austerity programs, bogus price increases of basic goods, and the complicity of the media and heavily bribed politicians. It is a world-scale, fraudulent practice by the concealed powers global banking system to destroy nation-state sovereignty and ease those populations into its planned one-world government. Now Lets Get Your Situational Awareness Up To a Peak Level It is one thing to talk abstractly about a concealed power of enormous power and reach. The persons who are actually operating within this mother of all criminal enterprises count on the cloak of invisibility they have drawn around themselves. And so they can because they collectively control all the sources of information seen and heard by the global public. And these persons also count on being referred to, if at all, in harmless, abstract terms. For example, in 1913, President Woodrow Wilson wrote: Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had mens views confided in me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. They know that America is not a place of which

it can be said as it used to be, that a man may choose his own calling and pursue it just as far as is abilities enable him to pursue it; because today, if he enters certain fields, there are organizations which will use means against him that will prevent his building a business which they do not want to have built up; organizations that will see to it that the ground is cut from under him and the markets shut against him. This concealed power is like a black hole in the universe. Because it controls all sources of information it can, in fact, create a high wall of false reality. The public can only sense its presence when its concealed schemes disturb an area that the public can see. Its like a great shark deep in the water whose existence is only sensed by disturbances on the surface, such as a school of fish shooting into the air to escape the predator. But this mystery power quickly lose its cool if its members are called out in the public light by name, location, and actual function. The concealed power loses its shield of anonymity and its black hole ceases to function. Using my research, I have illuminated the concealed power in Chapters Ten and Eleven---with photography---so you can see these persons of interest, individual by individual. As you will see, they are actually a tiny clique of old wealth families, most of whom are the remains of past and distant monarchies, as well as a core of banking families without royal status, but who created debt-dependency among the monarchies by being court lenders. The mark of this clique is the unimaginable amount of wealth they have accumulated over centuries of earlier feudal rule. To recolonize America, this tiny clique of families, long ago, took in a number of the wealthiest American families of our Eastern Establishment as junior partners. Together, this clique of British, European, and American families make astronomical profits by: (i) their monopoly that controls the global narcotics trade, (ii) profiteering by fomenting endless wars, and (iii) looting the worlds populations with their global banking system and their transnational corporations that escape taxation, regulation, and tariffs. There is nothing awesome about this clique: it is simply a collection of criminals working together to maximize their accumulation of wealth. And their oneworld government scheme has no grand design; its just intended to eliminate taxation, regulation and tariffs so they can make even more money. Essentially, they represent the dregs of a long feudal era in its death throes and are, as individuals, a murderous, lower order sub-species of the human race who are on their last legs. Now That Your Heads Are Up, What Are You Going To Do? I suppose you can drop your heads and start grazing again, but I wouldnt advise that, given that the clique is in a frenzy to start World War III and drag the remaining nationstates they control back into a feudal-age arrangement of global rule. You have a choice: 1. Dr. John Coleman has stated that the clique members and their top minions number approximately 300 individuals (see Appendix Two). You can investigate and bring to justice these 300 individuals and close down their mother of all criminal enterprises. Removing their imbedded, lower-level minions in governments and

institutions across the globe can be left to the nation-state populations they have endlessly terrorized and exploited. The clique minions will run for their lives. This course of action will remove what has been blocking the natural evolutionary advance of humankind for centuries. 2. Or, you can surrender your destiny by resuming your grazing, doing nothing and letting this tiny clique of families intimidate you and rob you blind for your entire life and allow it to do the same to our future generations, marked by non-stop massive fraudulent schemes reinforced by war and other forms of violence to body and soul. This course of action will guarantee the reversal of human evolution. By the way, did I mention that this tiny clique of families has a global depopulation plan to reduce our current 6 billion of humankind to well under 2 billion; a plan which is already underway? If you go back to grazing, you may become a depopulation statistic. What Is the Grandfathers Encouragement? My encouragement to you as your temporary, surrogate grandfather is this: 1. Unplug from all your comfortable electronic devices----thats part of the cliques high wall of false reality to keep you grazing. 2. Start reading this tome in detail and use it to develop your own unique perspective of how the world actually works. 3. And as you begin to demolish that high wall of false reality, please try to internalize the fact that this clique has not one, but two serious vulnerabilities: Public invisibility is crucial to their existence; investigations like the one you are reading right now will expose them. Their strength will evaporate instantly, when our U.S. military and our police inform the clique that they are about to be apprehended and brought to justice. Accordingly, you and the U.S. military and police must form a unified front. What Do I Mean by Investigations? This increasingly nervous clique of families---inbred, clueless, and fatally arrogant--still believes it controls everything. It controls the U.S. Administration, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, Americas nomination process and its electoral processes at both the federal and state levels, the American media, American education, and American entertainment. It thinks Americans are like farm animals to serve them.

It is here that the clique displays another key vulnerability. It believes that the police state preparations that President Obama is constructing under clique instructions will confine the farm animals. Its the old divide and conquer tactic out of the cliques playbook to pit the American police and U.S. military against American citizens. But what if nobody showed up at their planned party of violent street confrontations? Instead, what if there was huge flurry of well-coordinated citizen investigations and symbolic court trials to expose the clique members, their concealed schemes, and the clique minions who carry out these schemes. Other attempts to bring individuals to trial for war crimes included Spanish judge, Baltasar Garzon, who, in mid-April of 2002, issued an order requesting British authorities to permit the questioning of Henry Kissinger in London, where he was due to attend a conference on April 24th of 2002. The legal basis of Garzons order dealt with war crimes leading to the deaths of a number of Spanish citizens during Operation Condor, a scheme by former military dictatorships in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uraguay to persecute and eliminate their opponents during the 1970s and 1980s. On May 28, 2001, Parisian police presented Kissinger a summons at the Ritz Hotel issued by French Judge Roger Le Loire. Shortly thereafter, Chilean Judge Juan Guzman and Argentinian Judge Rodolfo Canocoba called for Kissinger to testify about the details of Operation Condor and the nature of his involvement. Symbolic court trials, in particular, can be very effective in dragging the clique of families, their minions, and their concealed schemes into the public light. It is far more effective than street demonstrations, in my view, because it is in the best American tradition of non-violence and open discourse. In a word, this approach is constitutional. And, we should stop here and consider that term: constitutional. A key purpose of the symbolic trials could be to introduce the notion that certain undesirable actions should be deemed unconstitutional and a criminal offense under the law. The test of an action being unconstitutional is whether the public interest has been violated. For example, the Koch brothers, owners of Koch Industries, a firm that grew out of the petroleum industry, have, to-date, donated a total of $196 million to freemarket and advocacy groups, as well as to political campaigns. In particular, their considerable donations to Scott Walkers campaign for governor of Wisconsin, which called for an austerity program directed broadly at the Wisconsin public and included the elimination of union collective bargaining, was seen by some members of the public as an assault on American democracy and an intentional effort to build up a national program of the same sort to be directed at the American public as a whole. There was considerable public anger and resistance over the ability of very wealthy donors to have unfair advantage in influencing legislation that tends to obstruct the democratic process and violates the public interest. The symbolic trials could bring this issue to the American public, repeatedly, to show the virtue of a new law that calls to account individuals and corporations that commit unconstitutional actions and, therefore, are charged with criminal violations of the law. If this law had been in effect in the early 1900s, the massive grant-giving, used by the Carnegie, Rockefeller and Guggenheim foundations, to take over and sabotage American education would have been deemed unconstitutional and stopped in its tracks. The Clique Minions: You can badly rattle the cliques minions when they realize they have become persons of interest in investigations concerning their possible involvement in concealed schemes that are unconstitutional. To be found guilty of

intentionally damaging the American economy, subverting the individual rights of Americans, and sabotaging the national sovereignty of the American people are clearly a violation of the public interest and warrant the adoption of a new law calling for criminal sanctions. The Clique Members: There is a different dynamic at work regarding clique members. These individuals are profoundly disturbed over the rapid deterioration of their situation and their future, as described by their minion, James Wolfensohn. The clique members have panicked and accelerated their concealed controlled disintegration plan, which is stirring up a public hornets nest. Their current focus on starting a new World War is an act of desperation and shows they are on their last legs. The clique members have always known they will finally face a deadly reckoning. In 1954, Herman Edelsberg of the Anti-Defamation League, spoke to Norman Dodd, Director of Research of the U.S. House of Representatives Investigation of TaxExempt Foundations. Describing the nature of the concealed men for whom he worked and counting himself as one of them, Edelsberg said to Dodd: "A very powerful group of men.....the men had some very serious problems.....They had amassed so much power that it would destroy them.....They should dissolve their associations, but ......they would not be willing to do so. We will exercise our power and it will destroy us, but it will destroy everything else in the process. I believe this tiny clique is ready to fold, knowing that when the inevitable, upcoming global economic crash occurs and finally awakens the public to action, the cliques secrecy will collapse. Thereby, it will attempt to buy its way out of the blind alley and prevent the public retaliation that it has so long foreseen and dreaded. But before that final gasp, I believe the clique will try one more series of fraudulent schemes to retain its control over its captive governments. This go for broke maneuver, before falling back to its planned global philanthropy fraud, will, in my view, be to use its false reality machine---its media, education and entertainment branches---to try to confuse, disorient, and immobilize the public with either a HAARP global weather event or even a false claim of an extraterrestrial landing (after their 9/11 scheme, why not?)---anything having the potential to terrorize, which is another of their trademarks. Maximizing Awe in Dealing With the Clique Members and Their Minions There is a need to create awe in the minds of the clique members and their minions. What is missing so far are the actual consequences of being found guilty of unconstitutional actions. As the truth comes out from the symbolic trials, there is the potential that the public will call for a complete overhaul of the American legal system that has been so thoroughly corrupted. I would hope that after this overhaul, there are real consequences for being found guilty of betraying ones country to a foreign power. And those real consequences should apply to proven bribery, coercion, fraud, and all the other horrendous outrages compiled in the cliques playbook. Please forgive my oldstyle sense of justice, but my wish is for consequences, if found guilty, that would completely uproot this predatory, fraudulent, and grossly anti-social mindset that is so prevalent in the cliques global banking and corporate circles. I would like clique members and clique minions to hear of two mandatory sentences upon being found guilty by jury proceedings: 1. Deportation from their home countries. 2. Life imprisonment, solitary confinement, no parole. While there would be no capital punishment, I believe it is important to send a heavy message to would-be human predators in the future. The deportation feature is a wakeup call that if one betrays ones country, banishment is the price. And, together with life imprisonment, I wish that Americans will make it understood that the U.S. Constitution is Americas inner compass and they will never again tolerate efforts to tamper with its sanctity. Furthermore, strict penalties such as these in other nation-states would act to prevent any future efforts to destroy the national sovereignty, individual rights, and government by the consent of the governed. Military and police income, pensions, health benefits, and standard of living are at risk, too. Where Should the Investigations and Symbolic Trials Start? I believe the priority should focus on where Americans are the most at risk and, my sense of where to start will probably surprise you (and, of course, you can modify or ignore this priority list according to your own inclinations): Number One: Depopulation from Chemtrail Spraying By Jet Tankers--Philip Lader, Delford Smith, and James Gilmore III; Persons of Interest The only way to counteract the psychological warfare is to work steadily to uncover their concealed schemes, which includes knocking down one rumor after another, no matter how bizarre. Accordingly, there is an urgency to get to the bottom of the depopulation/chemtrail issue because of the potential danger to public health it could pose all across the globe. The American standard is that we are all innocent until proven guilty. The bloody warning had not been lost on CNBC, which immediately after the slaying of Lucia and Leo removed the article from their website. They must have been in a hurry when they first took the article down, for some accompanying comments could still be read for some time, before they too were removed. As of this writing (Sunday evening, 10/28/2012), one can still read about this lawsuit at the MarketWatch site, but, one suspects, not for long. Bankers involvement in the murder of the Krim toddlers is plausible enough, but can if be proven? The answer is yes and no. Remember, if the grim view presented here reflects reality, were dealing with the best-trained assassins in the world, psychopathic professionals who are not likely to incriminate themselves or their masters. Remember too that the men who order such assassinations possess a license to kill. At least as far back as the Civil War, they have always been getting away with the murders of our best and brightest while we stood aside and looked (to paraphrase the late Bob Marley). So although we cant be absolutely sure that the invisible government butchered Lucia and Leo, we can say that such butchery fits a historical pattern of state executions, and therefore that this pattern probably applies to these children as well. Given this pattern, given my background as a natural scientist and a frequent traveler to the land of statistical levels of significance, Id place that the probability that the execution of Lucia and Leo was an act of state at about 90% (assuming of course that the basic facts in our possession are accurate and that this lawsuit and murders are not a COINTELPRO smokescreen.) That is, a priori, and without any detailed detective work, I feel there is roughly a 9 in 10 chance that Lucia and Leo have been murdered by rogue elements of the United States government. This speculation may be just that and no more, but the high wall of false reality has already decided, with no investigation whatever, that the nanny stabbed the children to death. But it is important for you to question everything before you determine your own sense of what happened. That kind of extreme violence is a regular feature of the cliques playbook. And if the clique was responsible for these killings of little children, it is a further indication that the clique is truly in a panic and paying no attention to its self-preservation. It is one more tell that the clique is on its last legs.

At this early stage, we need more information, but lets review the CIAs illegal MKULTRA Project to get a sense of what is actually going on. The April 1953 creation of the MK-ULTRA Project was an illegal, covert CIA operation running from 1953 through the late 1960s, focusing on the use of LSD and other narcotics for the purposes of mind control and illegal and violent human actions guided by hypnosis, including assassination, torture, and interrogation techniques. The Project was funded in part by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Ford Foundation. More than 150 individually funded research sub-projects were sponsored by the Project. Investigative efforts by Congress were hampered when, in 1975, the CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of all the relevant files. Speaking from the U.S. Senate, Senator Ted Kennedy stated: The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an extensive testing and experimentation program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign. Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to unwitting subjects in social situations. At least one death, that of Dr. Olson, resulted from these activities. The (CIA) itself acknowledged that these tests made little scientific sense. The agents doing the monitoring were not qualified scientific observers. While the CIA officially claims that it has ended the Project, Wikipedia, using CIA veteran and critic Victor Marchetti as a source, states: .that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA

claim that MK-ULTRA was abandoned a cover story. This CIA practice of keeping their operations and the funding sources secret from Congress, and, if necessary, from the President and Administration officials, was a serious problem for the Kennedy Administration and the Johnson Administration because, essential, the CIA had already turned into a rogue agency with no accountability. Even when funding to the CIA was cut off by Congress, it could receive funding from narcotics operations, from corporate foundations like the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and siphoning funds intended from the Marshall Plan. This use of CIA resources to develop mind control of populations is a natural extension of psychological warfare applied to populations, their governments and their institutions since the formation in the early 1920s of their Tavistock Institute in London (see page 772) led by John Rawlings Rees. As described by L. Wolfe in 1997 in The American Almanac: Rees and a cadre group of Freudian and neo-Freudian psychiatrists, applied wartime experience of psychological collapse, to create theories about how such conditions of breakdown could be induced, absent the terror of war. The result was a theory of mass brainwashing, involving group experience, that could be used to alter the values of individuals, and through that, induce, over time, changes in the axiomatic assumptions that govern society. It appears that the central focus of the concealed powers Tavistock organization was to develop means by which to break down the psychological resiliency of the individual, which extended to weakening the family unit, religious faith, national patriotism, and personal honor. This effort became know generically as behavioral science, and even extended into exploring ways to alter sexual behavior to further a sense of personal detachment from human bonding. And when you look at American society since World War II, you can connect dots from the heavy strains experienced by the American public and dramatic results such as the divorce rate, the decline of religion, the decline in American solidarity, the loosening of moral standards, the widespread use of narcotics, the excessive sexuality and shockvalue depravity displayed in the film industry, and the explosion of Internet pornography.

Of all the rabbit holes I have followed down to their depths, the intentional takeover and sabotage of American education has troubled me the most. Not just American education, but global education in general. It was pure, intense psychological warfare on all future generations of Americans (and many other nation-state populations), beginning in the early 1900s with the concealed scheme of the Carnegie, Rockefeller and Guggenheim families to use their tax-exempt foundations to flood American education with massive grant funding that was no more that an exercise of the clique playbook, namely, bribery and coercion. Those academic figures who cooperated with the scheme were generously rewarded, and the academic figures who refused to cooperate were gradually marginalized by being denied grant money and professional recognition in the academic world. And this has gone on for a century. What troubles me is that by disabling American education, the inner compass that guides our nation and guides us individually is also disabled. Neil Postman described this best. He explained that every organization---whether it be small or large, whether it be groups, tribes, society, or even the world community---has to have an authentic story about itself that acts like an inner compass and helps create and maintain a sense of trust among its constituency. These stories are fundamentally all alike and I suggest that you keep Postmans insight in the back of your mind as you read on. He refers to these authentic stories as great narratives that: .....tell of origins, and envision a future, a story that constructs ideals, prescribes rules of conduct, provides a source of authority, and, above all, gives a sense of continuity and purpose..one that has sufficient credibility, complexity, and symbolic power to enable one to organize one's life around it.one that provides people with a sense of personal identity, a sense of a community life..Our genius (as humans) lies in our capacity to make meaning through the creation of narratives that give point to our labors, exalt our history, elucidate the present, and give direction to our future. Ive have always believed that the solidarity of the American people is based on an inner compass that has, at its very core, the U.S. Constitution. That document represents the way out of the long, retarded feudal era for all the worlds populations, not just America. That document, modified to reflect the unique cultural values of different nation-states and their people, represents the natural evolutionary advance of our species With the profound sabotage done to American education, I believe were dangerously close to losing both our national and our personal inner compass. If we allow our U.S. Constitution to be extinguished, we will, in fact, have lost our national inner compass. That is exactly what is happening, today. Thus, using the definition of mass psychosis, properly, the clique has tried to force upon us, a condition of mass psychosis, namely, that our thoughts and emotions are so impaired (by the fake messages of the American media, American education, and the American entertainment industry) that contact is lost with external reality. Isnt that where we are today? We have a high wall of false reality that the clique has built around us by owning all the sources of information---media, education, and entertainment. Control of the American media was attained in 1915 (see page 103); American education, beginning in 1913 (see Chapter One) was restructured to impair learning. American entertainment was restructured to trivialize all normal human values and shove every horror in our faces over and over. And if you drew a sketch of the media, it would be: (i) a bunch of ventriloquist dummies reading from teleprompters and speaking the fraudulent and twisted words that originate at the Tavistock Institute in London (think of Fox and Friends as the most preposterous model yet created of numbskulls reading their lines); another bunch of Tavistock dummies pretending to be writers and editors of the print media; and (iii) another bunch of Tavistock dummies pretending to be book publishers. And when you think it cant can get more fraudulent and preposterous, here comes Rupert Murdock (while his criminal electronic eavesdropping trial is underway) announcing his interest in purchasing the Los Angeles Times and the Chicago Tribune. And, just scroll down Americas most advanced digital newspaper, Huffington Post, to see whats coming next: a masterpiece of endless, hand-picked, cardboard cutout figures collected on one page after another to represent Tavistocks theater of the absurd. And you can market your operation so that taking in donations from supporters would be a way to sustain yourself and your partners. I think you will be shocked at the traction you will achieve. The American public is starving for the truth and hoping against hope that our American can-do spirit will burst into view, and gather momentum. At that date, this tiny clique gained full control of Americas banking system, and thereby gained concealed control over the U.S. government, thereby destroying its nation-state sovereignty, and removing the American peoples control over their own destiny. Furthermore, the clique engineered the Great Depression of the 1930s to save Great Britain from insolvency and to weaken the American economy. Gaining Control of American Education: In 1911, this tiny clique, in concert with the American Carnegie family, began a concealed scheme to gain control over American education. Its aim was to bring an end to the perspective of the American people that values American principles of individual rights and government by the consent of the governed. In its place, the Carnegie family aimed to condition Americas next generations to accept a one-world government, which would be under the concealed control of this clique of families to which the Carnegie family belonged. This scheme entailed the sabotage of American education by misrepresenting American history and with a heavy emphasis on dumbing down Americas next generations by the systematic disruption of the learning process in the choice of curricula, textbooks and teaching methodologies. The Carnegie trustees resolved to build their own stable of kept historians, and they arranged for the Guggenheim Foundation to grant scholarships to their selected candidates who were seeking graduate degrees as a means to infiltrate and alter the American educational system. And the Carnegie family formed an alliance with the Rockefeller family to

Gaining Control of the American Free Press: In March 1915, this tiny clique, in concert with the Eastern Establishments Morgan family, launched a scheme to bring the American free press under its control in order to create a false reality to prevent the American people from discovering the takeover and massive looting of their country by the clique of families. This scheme was accomplished by the Morgan family through bribery and coercion which resulted in control of 25 of the largest American opinion-making newspapers. An editor was furnished to each newspaper to properly supervise and edit information to create the false reality. This clique solidified its full control of American free press by using the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), which it controlled since its inception in 1947, to manage the concealed scheme referred to as Operation Mockingbird. This operation strengthening the cliques capacity to create a false reality to mislead, confuse, and disorient the American people. Then, the clique of families, through CIA channels, launched News Corporation as a disguised propaganda apparatus to deceive, distract, and disorient the global public, but particularly the American public, with fabrications and disinformation. Fox News Channel leads this unAmerican and un-Constitutional effort to surround the American people with a high wall of false reality, but is also joined by all the other American television news outlets and newspapers to wage an endless campaign of disinformation to destroy American solidarity. Gaining Control of the American Entertainment Industry: Using infiltration of clique minions and its transnational corporations to create a monopoly ownership in the entertainment industry, the clique of families has undertaken a long, concealed scheme to destroy American moral standards with increasingly degenerate programming. And the clique continues to destroy the purchasing power of the dollar currency by having its private bank, the Federal Reserve, create and issue massive new quantities of un-backed dollars to its insolvent global banking system in a fraudulent process referred to as quantitative easing. The Gutting of the American Economy and the Destruction of the American Middle Class: Since the 1980s, the clique of families has undertaken a long, concealed scheme to de-industrialize America by moving its manufacturing sector to lower-cost labor markets under the control of the cliques transnational corporations. And it has

used its Tavistock psychological warfare apparatus to mislead the American public on the fictitious benefits of globalization and of a post-industrial information economy, while, in the meantime, building a rising concentration of transnational corporations under clique control that create huge new monopolies, fix artificially high prices, avoid taxation and tariffs, escape regulation, and drive millions of domestic businesses in America and across the globe into insolvency. Reshaping the World To Reverse Authentic Capitalism and Democracy: This tiny clique of families uses its heavily privileged transnational corporations to reverse authentic capitalism, create extreme income inequality, severely limit the rights and freedoms of individuals, and make a mockery of the American Dream of starting ones own enterprise based on innovation and hard work. The clique also has gained control of Americas nomination and electoral processes and those of other nation-states. The cliques tr ansnational corporations destroy nation-state economies, their political institutions and the welfare and morale of all of their populations. The Use of Psychological Profiling and Depravity To Enlist Minions To Serve The Clique of Families: A long, concealed scheme of the clique of families to enlist new minions entails the use of psychological profiling and depravity in the initiation and follow-on ceremonies which result in a captive and corrupt secret society of imbedded traitors to their countries. This scheme places these profiled, groomed, and psychologically-damaged individuals in positions of increasing power and influence in the governments and key institutions of nation-states, where they do great damage on behalf of the clique of families. In America, this practice can be traced to Eastern Establishment preparatory schools and universities funded and supported by the betraying American Eastern Establishment families, thereby imbedding large numbers of psychologically disturbed, incompetent and disloyal minions on fast tracks to high positions of the American government and Americas key institutions, transnational corporations and global governance institutions such as the World Bank, the IMF, the World Trade Organization, and the numerous fictitious free trade organizations. Assassinations and Attempted Assassinations of American Presidents and other Americans: This tiny clique of families has been responsible for the assassinations of President Garfield, President McKinley, President Abraham Lincoln, President John F. Kennedy, Senator Paul D. Wellstone, Congressman Louis McFadden, Congressman Leo Ryan, Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, and Civil Rights leader, Reverend Martin Luther King, among others. The clique has been responsible for the attempted assassinations of President Andrew Jackson, President Ronald Reagan, and Congresswoman Giffords.

The Increasing Evidence of the Cliques Concealed Scheme for Global Depopulation: The nature of the cliques concealed schemes and the enormous damage suffered by the worlds populations from these schemes requires the use of full investigations to explore and bring to light the numerous indications that a clique-orchestrated global depopulation scheme may be underway. The areas of investigation include massive global aerial spraying by jet tankers, infiltration of the American and global medical systems to limit scientific discovery of new medical treatments, concealed creation and dissemination of laboratory-developed vaccines and diseases, and toxic additives to our water and food supplies. The Increasing Evidence of the Cliques Use of HAARP Technology to Precipitate Massive Destruction by Weather Modification: There is mounting evidence that the clique is carrying out a concealed scheme to use weather modification as a weapon of mass destruction and terror, using HAARP technology. Investigations must focus on: (i) the tsunami that struck Japan and heavily damaged certain of its nuclear power facilities, resulting in the release of substantial radiation that entered the earths atmosphere, and (ii) Hurricane Sandy, which may have been artificially magnified in force and steered toward the American East Coast by concealed seeding from jet tankers. The Recent New Evidence of the Cliques Use of Fake Lone-Gunman Massacres As Part of Its Psychological Warfare and its Gun Confiscation Scheme: With mass shootings that killed twenty small children at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, and the highly suspicious and unexplained activities surrounding this tragedy, investigations are necessary and will focus on clique complicity in this and earlier so-called lone-gunman shootings and false flag bombings in America in Oklahoma City and Boston. A clique-controlled Israeli Trojan Horse scheme has surfaced that indicates the existence of large numbers of NeoCons, Israeli spies and operatives, and treasonous Americans who have infested the federal government, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the State Department and parts of the U.S. military, among other vital American institutions. Recent New Evidence of Un-American and Un-Constitutional Surveillance by the Clique-Controlled U.S. National Security Agency: Part of the revelations that have surfaced is that NSA has been used for many years by the clique to build a blackmail file directed at elected and appointed officials in public and private positions across the world to insure maximum control. And there is now the probability that the clique operates a global child abduction ring to use as prostitutes to entrap such officials and to groom for its modern-day slavery trade monopoly, which it built to high levels during the international slave trade of the 1600s-1800s period.

In summary, it has come to the attention of the American people that this tiny clique of old-wealth British and European families and their American Eastern Establishment conspirators have been carrying out an undeclared and clandestine war on the nation-states of the world, and particularly on the United States of America. We, the citizens of the United States of America, in General Congress do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of the American nation, solemnly publish and declare, that the United States of America will bring about a formal declaration of war against these British, European and American families and their accomplices as foreign enemies and will bring the full might of the United States military forces down upon them, to apprehend them, to extradite those located abroad to the United States, to subject them to military trials as foreign enemies, and to see to it that, if found guilty, their sentencing is appropriate to the damage and death for which they are responsible, to include war crimes, mass murder, genocide, destruction of planetary resources, degradation of the earths climate, and additional acts of the criminal enterprise which they served. Out of respect and courtesy to our fellow global citizens, we have set forth, herein, the intention of the American people to end this long reign of terror and destruction by this tiny clique of families and their minions. We view them, collectively, as the only remaining obstacle to a natural evolutionary advance of our species and we hope that advance will be marked by the release of new creativity and energy needed to achieve a higher social intelligence, consciousness, and communal spirituality that will safeguard a productive and sustainable life for us all on our treasured and sacred planet. We seek your collaboration in this common endeavor. The United States of America will continue to assert its full powers to do all acts and things it may of right do. And for the support of this Second Declaration of Independence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
It is my greatest hope that you, the next generation across the globe, will write your own unique Declaration of Independence for your respective nation-states, one that fully reflects your values and the great narratives of your own countries as outlined below:
