(11) EIB own resources for indirect equity investments through infrastructure funds. In addition to the region-specific instruments reflected in the table, the EIB Group manages the Global Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Fund SICAV-SIF (GEEREF), which is a global risk capital fund mobilising private investment for clean energy projects in developing countries and economies in transition. It is sponsored by the European Union, Germany and Norway.
